The game is really cool and fun! I just want it to be able to drive the decision.

Cute game. I like the simplistic hand drawn sprites. Good twist on a popular genre. The only thing that bothered me is that the borders are not clearly visible. Other than that, I liked it.

I like the handrown style, the gameplay itself is simple but effective

Nice game. I like the simplistic game idea and the execution. Would be nice to have some sort of animation or something when you get hit. Anyway, nice submission.

Pretty nice game, but i see small problems like some pickups spawning in places where you cannot get them without taking damage earlier. Also some kind of score counter would be nice, to be able to compare your score with someone else's

I'd love to play your game, but I need access on google drive.

Fun and simple game with an art style that makes it stand out. Sometimes a little frustrating not being able to get to some pickups. Good job though.

Loved the art style and how snappy it feels to jump off of the main menu into the game. Good job!

Good idea, but I miss a "game over screen" with scores or something like that to know my progress.

Art and sound are nice :v:

The game looks good and is a solid build, but the lack of feedback and makes it a bit hard to tell what's happening.

I really liked the game, it was a bit challenging but once I got the hang of it, it was really enjoyable. I really liked the hand drawn aesthetic! I think it would be nice if you could just "open your parchaute" right away for your retries, as the player already knows the controls by then (and if they somehow skipped it, the tutorial could still be there, but disappear if the player opens the parachute). It also felt like the hitbox for the player might've been a bit too big, but might honestly just be me being bad at the game at first haha

Overall A really good game! :D

Cool game and fun choice of visual style :) Must admit that I wasn't very good at it, so I never got to the really dark areas shown on the screenshots. Controls well, and I like the dashes a whole lot :)

I had some problems with not always knowing when to expect the invisible walls to the left and right, in my opinion they were probably kind of too close to the centre.

Good game, thanks for making it! :)

Challenging and fun! I really liked the art style and it felt very polished! Would have been nice to have a highscore to add more replay value, but it was fun none the less! Great job!

The game has a clean look but the lack of visual/audio feedback on hits makes it hard to know what's going on, especially in the lower areas when the backgrounds get more detailed. I couldn't tell what was hurting me and died several times when seemingly just the tip of my hand would touch a bird which feels pretty hard to focus on in the middle of all of the action.

When I beat the game, I didn't go for any breakable objects and just held to the left of the screen, grabbing hearts as they appear - maybe it'd make more sense for the balloons to drop hearts so the player would have to engage more in a risk vs reward decision?

Still had fun with it and agree with most of the comments here! Congrats on the entry!

it is impressing to see that all of the features in the game are made by drawing. it was hard not to crash birds though.

Cool game! Art is really nice and I would love to see more added. I think the evade/dash should move you quickly rather than teleporting. Also need some visual and audio feedback when you get hit to help the player understand what is happening. Also highly recommend using itch.io or similar to host you game next time. People are much more likely to play a web game than download an exe from a stranger on the internet. Should result in getting more reviews and feedback. Great job, and really impressive if this is your first project.

I enjoyed this! I think the first phase of avoiding birds and balloons was there least enjoyable bit - but once it got a bit more about using the dash and smashing through things - it felt better. It took a while to know the "break" icon was actually an icon - it looked a bit like spikes to me - so I initially avoided them. Enjoyed my time with the game - thanks for submitting it to my stream <3

Cool graphics, and good game, but difficult. Dash is a little unpredictable :P. Nice entry!
