Run, Glim, Run! by Neshtyak
When a cave creature named Glim wandered underground, one of the walls cracked and water gushed out behind him. Little Glim hates water and can't live without light.
Collect fireflies, jump on platforms, beware of stalagmites and most importantly: DO. NOT. TOUCH. THE WATER.

Cute game! I really dig the artstyle and the music, it has a lot of charm and the music and art have a great mood. I really enjoyed the quick storyboard/comic at the beginning setting up the story. The jumping felt a little underpowered and I felt like I could never jump up to a good amount of platforms, with some minor tweaking though this would make the game even better =]. I think the one tap/button design of this could work well on a mobile/tablet device too! Great stuff and great job.
Also about adding controls to the mobile/tablet, we were just thinking about this, so we will most likely try to add a mobile option soon =)
Yeah we've found out that stalagmites are not really noticeable and we'll try to change it in future small fixes.
But for now to make it clear: when you bump into the stalagmite, the water is approaching. And if you bump into the second stalagmite before the water goes back, then this is the end of the game :)
Great job all around! Your team did great work creating a fun game that fits together nicely. Well done all!
Glim is a great character I think there's something here for the future guys.
Well done :)
The gameplay works quite well too, but there are a few issues. It is a bit down to luck if you survive when falling off a platform, as you cannot see or react to whats below. And there are a lot of pits and stalagmites :) I'd suggest experimenting a bit with the field of view, maybe seeing more would already mitigate this. Also, some kind of reaction when falling down could help, maybe add a double jump and allow one jump while falling down?
Enjoyed this a lot nonetheless, it got really quite frantic later on. Good job overall!
Really cute, kinda chaotic (in positive way) game! The first few tries was a little confusing dute to no momentum added to the jumps, but when the tempo speeds up its mostly fun. I think it's a shame that the game doesn't have any ending or indicator if you beat "enough" of the game. I think I did pretty well, but at the end I think something glitched and it was game over. Very fun experience nonetheless!
I found a bug btw, I don't know how to reproduce. The second time I played, I spawned in an empty world where Grim was rolling on noting and the water would catch up. There were no platforms
I had fun playing your game, well done!
- @danial @hold @habibirb @codeforjoycaro @jfroggg @flashviper Also thank you for playing and feedback! We are really glad to hear that you liked our game =)
This is the max height, hope you can see it, it's pretty dark(had to pause the game to capture it)

Tell me what am I missing, I would love to give it another try .
Some visual/audio feedback when hitting a stalagmite would have been nice. But the largest concern for me was the jumping, it didn't feel like it was in-synch with key pressing or rather maybe it didn't feel like the platforms were quite at a correct distance to how much Glim could jump.
Congrats on making this nice game and getting that nice feel of it!
The great thing is that over time, the game speeds up, thereby not letting you get bored
It was fun to run away from the waves. In general, I liked the game))
