You're alone on the road.

You need to get back to your house.

There is a lot of rocks on your way back.

It's strange.

You need to get back to your house.

You're not alone on the road.Monster.png

This game is so beautiful

That is kinda creepy. It would be nice if there was a description how to avoid creepy creatures spawning behind. But still good work!

Really incredible graphics here, but I think the rocks got too dense too quickly. At a certain point it felt from easy to avoid to impossible to not hit rocks constantly.

The lighting and atmosphere is great, i really liked the detail with the tree shadows and taillight especially. The rain effect is also a great touch.

The lose condition is spooky, and works very well for an infinite runner. The gameplay is a bit simple but most importantly it _works and is complete_ which is hard to pull off in such a short jam and still have time for visual polish, so nice work!

I think a sense of momentum and maybe sprites for leaning into turns on the bike would help ground it better, but it was still great fun to race down the road1!

At first, I did not understand that someone was chasing me. But in the end, overcoming a distance of 3 thousand meters, if I am not mistaken, I understood everything.
The mechanics are quite simple, but there is no feeling that someone is chasing and there is no alarm, which you most likely wanted to portray here. Good job, though! Keep it up!

The game was really cool! I liked the tense dark atmosphere! I got to 2070m! Love it overall! Great work!

Hi, the graphics are really nice!

I found that you could avoid most of the rocks by riding at the bottom of the road. I stopped playing at around 7km and sacrificed myself to the monsters, I wasn't sure if there was any more to see after that?

Nice game here, but I am at the bottom right corner, and haven't died yet. The lighting works really well, especially when you brake, nice touch! Well done!

A really pretty game with great music. However i found if i stayed at the top of the screen i missed all of the rocks ;)
I also dunno if it was a bug but i was always alone on the road except for the rocks...

The difficulty curve could be a bit better and it would be nice that at some point there are going to be different kind of things on the road to avoid or collect. Maybe something to shoo the spooky creatures away? Flash grenades or so. Overall pretty solid still and a good mood!

Really nice job on the mood! The lighting and audio really lend to the creepy atmosphere. I found the limited view and fast movement to be somewhat dizzying, however. Maybe a slightly wider view cone would help alleviate this. Is the soundtrack original?

The tense music when the monster come at you is the only "free-to-use" music we didn't made ourself :)

I was scrolling around... ok, this looks nice, then growling started and the "oh sh**" music started. I liked the concept is really fun.

I think maybe the rock spam can be improved, I'm around 6000m with no incident by hanging at the top.

Still, loved the ambience and feel of the bike.

Thank you all for the kind comments and remarks.

Effectively, hanging at the top (or bottom) of the screen wasn't planned and we will make sure to release one last patch that will fix as much bugs as we can, while trying to smooth the experience.

Great mood and music! Thank goodness my bike has a motorized boulder crusher at the front, or else I would have been in trouble!

Nice and eerie atmosphere and lighting effects, relaxing to play. Great work for the time constraints.

Nice graphics, great atmosphere, nice music, good controls.

Only thing missing is a challenge - rocks only slowing me down I reached 4k with zero effort and only stopped playing because nothing new happened. With adding something that will catch up to you if you are not making progress fast enough you could add a sense of urgency and make it even scarier? :)

All in all, great job for a jam!

Thanks to all for playing and giving such good feedback. We really enjoyed working on this one. First time also for one of our teammates programming in c# in Unity

@marc-grabow So, the thing is: there is something catching up to you as time goes by when your speed gets slower or you hit rocks but with the time constrain, we didn't have time to balance it so if you have a good run for a while, it takes a long time for the entity to catch up with you. But you will eventually see it. This will definitely need some more balancing work  ...maybe for a finale post-jam update...?

Wow what amazing lighting for a 2d game. I think in terms of game design it's way too easy of a game. I had to intentionally sabotage the run and it took about 30 seconds before I lost. Really nice mood though.
