The Thoroughly Examined Life of Forest Animals is a brief, incredibly functional text adventure (Editor's note: apparently it's barely functional at all right now. Our programmers are pretty busy unfortunately, but we still hope to find time to fix the game and make it more playable. Sorry!) about a quasi-Italian burnout and an enlightened North American brown bear's desperate attempt to revitalize Forest politics. It is, in a word, "mhm".

This is the tentatively named UUUFC's first game. These are some of the things that happened throughout the 3-day development process: * The developers ordered Domino's * The Lead Writer showered 6 times * The Head Programmer showered twice * The developers promised themselves they'd get drunk as skunks * They did not get drunk as skunks * We took a look at those hands * We both "pulled up" and "let's go'd" * The All-rounder did way more than he gave himself credit LS

@crychair Hi, thanks for taking an interest! You can type things in the chat box to get a response. There are some milestones to achieve in terms of responses to advance your playthrough. Please let me know if I can interest you in a hint/hints.

I'm gonna need a few pointers on how to approach this game. The text adventure staples like "go" and "look" and "talk" don't seem to do anything. I'm able to navigate to the four areas and wonder about the sun, and I've gotten so far as to see a picture of a guy doing karate, but that's about all I can get.
What kinds of words should I be trying here?

An interesting attempt at a text-adventure. The tone is a bit self-mocking for my taste, but the subject matter and world are a nice fit for the theme. More points for the theme because I experienced most of this game through its resources folder

@logan I am very impressed that you managed to get to the karete chop. Unfortuantely we just didn't have time to debug our json dictionaries so certain intended responses do not work as expected. I hope we can find time in the coming 2 weeks to fix some of these issues, so the game would be more playable. If you are interested I can send you some kind of progression guide so that you can exprecience all of the assests (and hidden gems), or just update you when a better version is online.

It was strange at first, but some attempts here and there revealed something. Regarding the Karate chop, it's actually easy to get to him: (spoiler alert) ~~use one of the cardinal points~~ :D or that's at least how I got to him.

While I'm not a fan of texture adventures, overall it's a good attempt at a texture adventure, and they are also not very simple to make :)
