Interesting idea, but it needs lots of polish.

The grappling mechanics is fun to play with! though the game gets laggy after a while

Great idea! But the graphics don't really do it right. As someone previously said it needs some polish.

Got to 388. Really fun.
Avoiding the enemies can be frustrating, and sometimes infuriating. I think I would've enjoy more if the game was more focused on platforming. The ropes feel good!
Good work and good luck!

Really fun game! I always love a good grappling hook :)
The graphics do need some work. They have a cool early PC graphics look which I kinda like, but with the amount it's zoomed out on a modern monitor it can get pretty hard to see what's going on.

I really like this concept. Unfortunately the performance hinders the feeling of free-swinging physics. The miniscule graphics are a bit of a problem, but I kind of liked the clarity of the bright colored tiles.

Loved the concept! Reached a depth of 418m. The movement felt a little too slow, but still fun. I'd say that some sound effects would be cool, since I didn't even realize that some things were decreasing my HP :) It is also possible to just fall down most of the time, ignoring enemies & traps completely, so maybe the level generation needs more work. Anyways, great job!

Got to 385!
Surprisingly fun, screwed with my instinctual use of grappling hooks from terraria but I caught on eventually
Was happy to see enemies can die to spikes as well, though I feel like grappling an enemy to a wall shouldn't neutralise them forever(unless it's already on a timer, in which case the time to ungrapple is too long), so you have more incentive to get terrain kills

The graphics are really clear, There's no distinct theme but it would fit in among older titles on DOS etc.

I can see myself getting really good at speedshotting around the place.

Would be good to have a key which cuts all grapples at once.

Got to 700 just falling, the grapples are a bit underpowered.

I really like the game mechanism! And who doesn't like upgrades in a game? :) When you aim your shots right, you can go really fast.

Great idea and fun game! The graphics could have used a tiny bit more of a touch up to make things more clear, but otherwise it was great!

I don't know why, but the game just doesn't run well at all on my pc. It's basically unplayable, other people seems to have played it, it's basically a slide-show for me, sorry.

I like the concept, but unfortunately the framerate is basically non-existent for me which makes it unplayable =(
