TODO: review game

I was in tears before the game even started. The levels were an unexpected challenge, fun to figure out. Would have really liked to replay the current level when you lose instead of having to replay from the beginning since they took a while to play out, or maybe have a restart level option since some of the losses really sneak up on you. But the opening video takes the cake, that is the funniest thing I have ever seen in a ld game, ever, when those slow bullets came out I was done lmao. Really great job!

This is sick! it's really impressive that you made all the code and assets by yourself! Intuitive and fun gameplay, awesome work for a game jame!

An interesting tactical puzzle game.

A big difficulty spike on one level, plus the need to replay the whole game after failing, was a deterrent from actually completing all levels, but still was fun to play.

The bullet speed could be increased a bit.

Also if the bigs were aliens invading Moscow - why are they speaking russian? ((The voiceline when a pig is killed translates as "Why? That hurts!"))

It's a rarity that you see cutscenes in a jam game. Well done. I'm not totally sure the use of audio there was reallllly by the rulebook but I'll let it slide since it was just too funny :laughing:

If we forget about the need to replay from beginning the gameplay was alright. Simple tactical puzzles where you needed to think ahead. :thumbsup:

Neat concept, although I'm not sure how the game jam theme fits in. The cutscene at the beginning was great. I do wish there was a way to just change the direction of your character without moving in that direction as well as just restarting a level instead of from the beginning when you died, maybe with a certain number of lives or something. Also english subtitles would have been nice, I was just kind of curious what was actually being said.

Great job! One of the funnier games I've played in this jam.

Pigs in game say: “Why? That hurts!”

Loved the character designs, but was really roped in by the intro showing alien pigs gunned down by a communist.

This is a unique and fun game. Good job!

You really have to plan out your moves. There's no ability to turn around to face the enemy without moving closer to it!

Loving cutscenes. Gameplay is fairly solid, but presentation here is real (red) star. Graphics are more crude than crude itself, but they has same charm as those weird old surreal children's games I used to play as a kid.

And that execution is just brutal. Shooting five nonfatal shots before properly executing.

Really interesting game.
