Great entry! Simple an intuitive gameplay, just keep going deeper. Theme is respected. Art is really nice. Music and sound is excellent to me!

Perhaps the HUD shouldnt have those lateral bars because the drill can be hidden behind them and feels like.. unnecesary.

Sometimes i felt i the collisions were a bit unfair, that i could have passed between two obstacles.

Overall, great entry! Congratulations!

Very simple and effectice formula, fits really well with the theme. GFXs are superb, really great job there. Music and SFXs fit really well.

I loved how you teach the controls in the main menu, no need of having any sort of tutorial. Camera shake and general polish feels great.

I wasn't a fan of the high crash penaly when going super fast, maybe penalty could be a percentage of your current speed??

Seems like a great candidate for a mobile port, you should keep working on it, maybe add some powerups or improvements for the digger.

Also, Game over screen rocks the lava effect is super cool

Awesome work!! Congrats!

Great work, I really loved the audio when you start to run out of time it really builds tension and adds a lot to the game feel.
It fits the theme and it's just overall a great game jam submission.

Simple game, but holy crap is it Juicy. The sounds and visual feedback work well with the mechanics!

Sometimes I found that I could pass through obstacles if I had enough momentum, not sure if this was intended or a bug of the collision, either way I enjoyed the artwork a lot.

A solid arcade game. The boost control is a nice addition. Also the sounds almost remind me of sonic and I like that.

Nice and simple. I found myself boosting just to hear the sound again.

Hey! @leyamez Thank you so much

@thementalsheep yes! I loved that sound, our musician made a great job!

Great to hear that @cornflowerblue "holy crap is it Juicy" has to be one of the best compliments!

Nicely done, probably the best execution of the "digging" games thanks to all the juice you added. Great and punchy sound effects.

I think the game could be even more interesting if the slow-down that happens when close to blocks was something that could be controlled by the player, much like the boost is. However if you were going for simplicity, then what you have is great!

Round stones could be pierced with the boost, @jpgfg . But I will check it out, it might be a bug. thank you for the feedback!!

The boost sound is awesome!! Guido did a great job. it good to know that you like it @evil-villain-games and @cottonfloweryellow

hey! what a great idea @trungler, we are planing to make a little post jam version, and I will take it into consideration. Also " best execution of the “digging” games" it's an honorable title.

nice and simple! i enjoyed it a lot, hitboxes do feel a little bit unforgiving and i wish i had a better understanding of how the boosting mechanic worked (seems like it's just on a timer?), but overall feels good to play!

I really like the idea. Unfortunately I had some issues with hit detection. Sometimes I would just drill through a rock, other times I would go past a rock but it registered a hit anyways. Maybe this is something you could improve on. Other than that a nice little game.

@themoonrise that's intended. We build two types of rock, black and gray. The last can be destroyed using boost.

hey, great job! I really like how the drill looks. The obstacles look great too! The music is very nice, but I feel it should be a little louder, so it's less drowned out by the SFX.

Geniaal!!
