Deem by AdamPhoebe
Deem is an exploration game where you play as a little blob, and make your way through the dense cave, making it your home. There is no objective! Just build, play the violin and vibe!

Please report any bugs! I'll try my best to fix them!
Update: - You can now exit the violin part with Backspace
You can now interact with signs with X
You can now set bigger text in case your resolution isn't high enough or the text is hard to read. (If resolution is still too low try reducing zoom size in browser / Still not fixed in Windows Version. )
You can now set High Contrast in case the game is too dark.
Hotbar now works
Auto-save now works!
Save button works!
Reading signs and going to the settings menu no longer reset your game!
Fixed bug where the option menu was clickable even when it wasn't open.
Fixed unreadable signs bug.
Removed Suicide Hotline Easter Egg and replaced it with the Game Credits
Known Bugs: - Vignette effect suddenly disappearing if you don't stay in the tree for too long.
You can place and remove things before meeting the first tree. Please don't click anything until you reach the first tree. Or do, I don't care.
Low resolution text (Decrease the zoom level if you experience this bug - Only works on web version, working on a fix for Windows.

love the atmosphere
it's a game that's good to play alone and explore
overall there's a lot of potential to be continue to develop it
making it an exploration game or something
Music is lovely, graphics are really nice.
Good game tho.
As others have already said - there's a lot of potential here. I got the tiniest taste of worldbuilding in there and I really want more. That said I'm glad I saw on you're itch page that you're developing it further! Keep up the good work.
The little blob seems kinda **cute**, I wish I could play the violin that good :pensive:.
The **feeling** is great when you're digging through nothingness, and then an opening appears that seems like a natural occurrence, or there are some lights out of nowhere that give a **cozy** feeling to that area.
:x: As @threeli I coudldn't figure out how to use anything from the **toolbar**.
Sometimes the blocks of "nothingness" are too big, and you're simply sorrounded by total darkness. I don't know whether this was intentional or not, but that part of the experience was a little **claustrophobic** :confounded: .
@mind0o @adam-selker @celtico: The signs are now readable with X!
@kell-doherty @shaolin-dave: Should be fixed now.
@aiursrage2k @thomas-bringer: I added something at the bottom of the map, but it's more of a "lose" condition rather than a win.
other than that..really amazing game! Crazy this was made in such a short amount of time! Really love the graphics !
**Edit:** Here's my creations! (I had to crop together 3 images)

(Got stuck in a cube I placed XD)
Глубоко-глубоко под землей, там, где не ступала нога странных черных существ, находится ссылка на сайт National Suicide Prevention Lifeline... Был очень удивлен.
Спасибо за игру ^_^
Still, it was an enjoyable little experience, good job on this entry ^^

Thank you so much for bringing this by my stream. Here's a link to the VOD:

Thanks for being part of the stream, it was amazing!
I'm really impressed that you manage to make two completely different game during the jam. The first one a relaxing building/exploring experience, and the second one a chaotic fast and fun multiplayer shooter.
The overall mood and atmosphere of the game is really good, the controls are really crisp and easy to use. We didn't build much during the stream, but your game would allow for a lot a 2d creativity.
Very good games! Both of them. Congratulation.
