Great work overall.
It's so amazing. The story, the music, the sound effects, the animation and the game feel are so good :D
Still I would like to mention some things that could be improved:
- Maybe increase the player feedback, especcially when hitting an enemy. It's a bit unclear if my attack hat any impact
- Maybe add a cooldown to the shooting ability. I just spammed hit and shoot all the time.
But overall it's a very good game ^^
I just found you can wall jump and go out of the level.
Graphics were nice. Gameplay was a bit weird, I wasn't sure if I had to try to get somewhere or just kill everything... So I killed everything and won the game. Could use joypad as alternative to keyboard. I used joyToKey to use a controller as I'm not dextrous enough to play so quickly with keyboard.
Could use some polishing but it was a very nice experience :)
Also very cool to find women-only teams in a world where men-only ones are so common! Our team was more non-binary and trans oriented ^^
- I was able to climb walls by repeteadly jumping towards one
- At one point I dided, and the "dead sprite" got stuck and my player never respawned, I had to reload the game
- There's a weird transition after that reload, I chose Adulthood as my starting level, when I killed the final boss it took me back to the adulthood scene (not sure if there was something more after that)
Bugs aside, very cool take on the theme!! Platforming needs a bit more polishing. The art is super super cool, not just the final art but the concept itself. You did an amazing job and you should work on making it better!! I can imagine different patients with different types of levels and enemies, the interpretation of the mind of a patient can lead to beautiful sceneries and mechanics.
Again, great job and keep up the amazing work!
If you plan on working on a post-jam version keep an eye on making sure text isn't getting cropped outside the frame!

The theme of the game is nice and quite touching.
The gameplay feels ok, even if there are some strange hitboxes. It's so hard to make a game like this feel good!
Animation are great and audio and visual feedback are helpful.
Thanks for the game I enjoyed it 💕
I also found some bugs but hey it's a jam game! This one was funny though:

I Just wanted to report those bugs so you can have them in mind for a post jam version!! (If you're thinking about making one)
Again, congrats on your game! :D
Great work , great job of exploring the theme, the art style is super cute too !
Great job on this game overal!
Also all the movement options, wall jumping, wall sliding, double jump, close and distance combat - I wish there were more levels utilizing all of these features.
Very nice idea and quite fluent movement controls, I liked this one ^^
Animations and sound design are smooth
Hitboxes are sometimes difficult to anticipate, but you provide a good experience.
Thank you for you game :)
The music ans the graphics are very nice
Good job guys
Overall, nice job for making this game !
The only thing that feels weird for me is the sound, but I know that not anyone has sound designer in a jam ans using external assets it's not that easy :P
I liked the storytelling and the concept, really
Good game, hope you keep doing games this way ^^
Good job!
