Difficult to know what the right choices were from context. Not a bad game, though.

I found the music a bit jarring at the start but once you are in game it works quite well.

I found the game to be pretty much random, I had no idea what attacks where going to do what to my oponnent.

Pretty fun and I liked the gameplay quite a bit. The music was awesome. It was a little confusing what every attack did but overall good work.

Sorry, at the game guide link, you can check everything. I didn't post it here because it couldn't look as well as with markdown

It was very reminiscent of Pokemon which I like. The looping audio is a bit ear wrenching. But great programmer art. :D

The wizard kicked my ass, fun game though. Reminded me of Pokemon. The audio loop was kinda high pitch and hurt my ears but I just turned down my volume. Good work though!

It's Monster Pokemon. I like it, but there's so little feedback in the game which means at the start you're just kinda flailing about and throwing out random attacks.

The music is a bit on the annoying side but the graphics are well done.

Nice Pokemon-like game. Found it hard to tell what to do, so became more of a button spam then anything.

You are the (Pocket) Monster, amirite? XD

At first I was a bit confused but then I GOT IT. I love the idea that all your moves are randomized but you can customize your character with specific strengths and weaknesses. This is a concept worth refining into a more full-featured game.

I like how your skill set is limited, so how you spread your stats affects which skills are useful. Then it's a game of getting rid of those less effective skills while still using the effective ones to win the fights before you die. If you end up with too many ineffective skills you lose. Spreading out the stats too evenly seems to result in you being too weak, which is good because it balances well and creates the challenge. I like the graphics and sound too. Good stuff.

Cool entry! Gotta love those attack names.
That's a nice job you did here, it's not easy making a battle system that complex in such a short time. Kudos!

Aside from being unfinished, the RPG aspects seem to be pretty indepth. Plus Pokemon.

Nice type system you build up. I suggest making it more obvious to the player (maybe to borrow from pokemon, super effective, not very effective) Just more hints for when the type system is at work.

I had a little trouble choosing replacement abilities if I was tapping too fast.
Great song, captured the mood 100% of the battle game. Great work!

I have always liked this type of games :)

+ Nice and well done.
+ Liked the music and sound effects
+ Fun
+ Linux port!!!

- More help for each power could be better (like colors for each elements and stuff like that)

Art was very basic. The concept reminded me of pokemon and the game was fun overall. The music got a bit annoying but it was fine.

It is difficult but the feeling of the game is impressive. It remember me amstrand games from years ago. A retrorpg with a good turn based. You have my two cents :-)

Good game! I didn't really know what to do but I do like these sort of games!

As some others have pointed out, the system is quite complex, especially since there is no in-game tutorial, so I just ended up casting random stuff and hoping for the best. I think this would have benefited from a description window that said the range of dmg for each ability, maybe specifically listing modifiers like "+ 3(mega)"

Yes, you're right. Sorry for that, I did this in less than 24 hours, and had pretty little time to work on details like that, that's why I made the game guide to clarify that kind of stuff, you can check it here with all kind of details:
