Pokemon Snap is old news. Fish'o'gram is the future.

Interesting game. Since the camera is aimed with the mouse, it seems more natural to let left mouse click take the picture, and I was trying to take pictures with the left mouse button at first. The art is pretty good and I liked the phone interface.

I give it full marks on most rating categories, this was really well done! I enjoyed the whole upgrade sub aspect even though I was soon making obscene amounts of money too fast. The atmosphere and gameplay are great.

Whaou!
Awesome Game, the graphics are incredible! your pixel art fish are on point! The menu system through the phone is clever! I love the notepad for credits!

Alternate inputs for camera or opening the phone would be nice ( click to take a picture, somekey to open the phone)

I ended up with 43000 in the bank quite rapidly

Great fun, it was pretty much perfect. Didn't know there were so many fish scale enthusiasts out there willing to drop some big money on zoomed in fish photos.

Love this game. Art is fantastic.
Beastarium is super cool and offers a nice end game.
The price for pictures system is awesome. On one trip down I took a picture and said "this is going to be a great one!" and ended up getting 10k in cash to upgrade my ship to full in one back!

The idea is pretty good, and I had fun playing the game. The visuals is overall really good. The sound and music is also pretty good, but it's also a bit too quiet for long period of time. Overall a pretty good and well made jam game. Well done.

I loved this game! It was a lot of fun exploring the depths. The graphics are great, it must have taken quite a long time to come up with all of them. I couldn't find one fish.. And quickly broke the money system. I had $30k before I dove more than 30 feet lol. The music was really nice, I like how it was a few sound clips that would randomly pop up.

I REALLY like this game. I like everything about it. I'm only sad that it isn't any longer. It's very polished and I cannot believe it was made in only 72 hours. I also agree with the other comments...

It was a nice little game! I got all the fishes safe one.

Fishes are pretty, the phone is a good idea, the game runs smoothly, the bubble sounds are funny hehe, and now I am filthy rich with a red bathyscaphe!

Minors complaints would be:
- The phone's size increases slightly when looking at the bestiary or the notepad.
- A shortcut to open/close the phone would be nice.
- Sometimes I have trouble taking pictures after moving, even after all upgrades? It might be that I still try to aim too far.

A very nice, chill and beautiful game : the idea of taking photos of new fish to fill some sort of album is similar to pokemon snap, but it is implemented in a very unique and original way, with the fact that you go deeper and deeper in the ocean. Of course, the fish are beautiful and it's one of the main elements of the game, so of course taking photos of them and seeing the photos later is really satisfying.
The only problem i have is that it is a little bit too short, and that you gain way too much money when taking photos of some fish.

But overall, the game remains incredible, you did a really great job

I really enjoyed this; the exploration and camera mechanics were really inviting and exciting. There was one fish I didn't get from the shallow part that I never could find again after I got all the upgrades. With more fish and more ocean to explore, and with better balancing so I can't upgrade everything to the max so soon, and maybe with some more info about each fish so we can actually learn real things about them, I would easily buy this for me and my kids to play together. Great job!

Thank you all for replys! We are really appreciate is <3
Yeah, game have some *b a l a n c e* trouble  Unfortunetly we haven't time to calibrate it. But at least it simplifies gameplay and allowing to show all content of the game quicker. I think we will add some bugfixes and tweaks and add separate link to fixed version so original 72 hours version of the game will stay

Really well done guys. One of the most polished games I have seen so far.
Mechanics are great and well implemented, overall content of the game is more than I expected for a game jam, it plays beautifully in browser and didn't encounter any bug during my playthrough.

Excellent jam entry guys and congrats!

Bravo, one of the best games I've seen this jam! The visuals are charming, high quality and consistent, and the photo mechanic works really well, especially with the unlockable resolution upgrades.

Sure, progression could use some balancing, as you mentioned above, but the overall impression is very nice. Expand the beastarium, make the rare species actually rare, add more (literal) depth, more upgrades, make a longer soundtrack, and I can absolutely see people paying money for a game like this, with the beautiful relaxing atmosphere it provides.

This game is really beautiful, its what my game was meant to be apart from being 2d with a lot better graphics and music. Really well done on this...I am not jealous at all :)

This is great! I love the collect-em-all aspect! Sadly I couldn't really figure out how to make the pictures look good. The fact that the whole interface is on the phone is excellent. Awesome job!!

This is the only ld48 game I played down to the end. I was so happy to get a photo of a great white shark. Amazing work.

Neat game, I like the upgrade system and the concept is pretty interesting. I think it'd be cool if people messaged you goals and you had to take pictures of specific things for bonus money. Nice work all around, it was pretty relaxing to play.
