Rogue Signal by SourceCodeSorcerer
Scan deep space signals and lock waveforms to uncover a hidden rogue ship.
A rogue vessel has escaped Federation tracking. You pilot a deep-space scanner, sweeping sectors for anomalous signals. Most returns are noise—asteroids, wrecks, drifting satellites—but one hides the target. Investigate signals and align your scanner waveform to lock onto distortions before time runs out.
Controls:
Click a signal with your mouse to investigate
W/S = adjust amplitude
A/D = adjust frequency
Match the waveform to complete the lock

Quite an amazing implementation of the mechanics of frequency selection, it's nice to watch how the frequency takes the desired position automatically.

Great use of the theme. One thing I kept thinking, it might be better to have the wave you're adjusting be centered as opposed to left aligned (like 0 be at the center of the screen). I also think you should give more time for the player to read what was uncovered (and don't have that time count towards the count down). I did manage to succeed (saw green text at the end), however it was quickly replaced by the red "time expired" text, so I couldn't quite read it. Just a minor bug

Nice wave matching game! Too bad it's randomized so I couldn't detect rogue ship in time.
