Simple but engaging gameplay—nice. The only issue is that I don’t have music in the web version.

Fun game! Duration and range seemed a bit overpowered but then came the enemies that ignored the signal and threw a wrench in the machinery :)

Very simple and tasteful. I'm stuck for a long time. This is my second attempt. And I passed it. I definitely hit the topic. Very cool!

Really fun game, really nailed the theme. The sound effects were a little grating, though.

it's a really fun idea! watching dozens of enemies run head first into a sawblade is awesome

The game is extremely creative, and both the visuals and the feel are top-notch. The sensation of taking down large numbers of enemies is incredibly satisfying and fits the theme of the game perfectly. It’s just a pity that the amount of content feels a bit limited, and the depth and variety of the build options haven’t fully developed. If there were more progression content and richer growth systems, it would be perfect. I really like this game.

The gameplay is really interesting. The sound effects are a bit harsh on the ears; luckily, there's an option to turn them down. Overall, it was fun to play.

really creative and engaging game with an awesome art style and a super satisfying feel when taking down hordes of enemies the simple yet fresh mechanics and meaty gameplay make it a top-tier challenge overall, wish art was more thoughtful

That was so cool. Very similar to titles like flerp or snakerx and that's amazing. I love incremental games

It plays nicely. The game's main concept doesn't seem to work, since you can lure enemies to yourself instead of to a signal.

Good Mechanik But Very Formulaic

This is quite neat, it's hard to control but in a fun way! The art style is cute too, only the SFX felt out of place - especially the coin pickup sound was pretty jarring. Getting a bunch of traps going and balancing using the signal with running around yourself is a cool chaotic experience. Nicely done!

Oh my God this is such a cool mechanic, I'm amazed at how enjoyable it is to play this game, I don't even know there are no downsides to it, I probably would like an endless mode, otherwise it's a great game

I like how you made the simple shapes feels super juicy, and the color choice is great.

Surprisingly fun and well done core loop. When I read the description and started palying, I didnt think it will work, but it did, and it was fun baiting enemies around while trying to survive. Great job!

Short, straight-forward, and quite polished. I enjoyed sending my enemies to the shredders. I also appreciated the enemies designed to ignore the signal, forcing you to move. Although, after a certain point I had so many sawblades I barely had to move for those either. Like other comments have suggested, I'd love a more difficult mode or maybe after winning it shifts into endless mode with difficulty scaling each round post victory.

Really enjoyed the concept and implementation, having this controllable signal to lure big numbers of enemies into traps was very satisfying.

Didn't make it all the way to the end, but the game was fun. There were a lot of enemies though, and I wasn't good enough to dodge the enemies that ignored the signal while also trapping the rest.

Interesting concept with the two different 'signals'. I did not realize that there were enemies that did not react to the lure signal until I had almost all HP lost but I managed to finish the run! I liked it

Really love this! The art style is simple but super effective, and the game loop is clear with a great sense of progression. The game feel is so satisfying, and I was especially impressed by the well-designed tutorial. Definitely one of the best games I’ve played this jam!

Whooooo! That was clever, and it was fun to use both the signal and just the space between you and enemies as tools to defeat enemies :D

Hey! Thanks a lot for playing FLOCX and leaving feedback.
I read all the comments, and it actually helped a lot. I made a new version for Improve My Game Jam: added **music**, **changed the cursed coin sound**, fixed the issue where repeated sounds were stacking too much, added a Windows build, and made a **new endless mode** with leaderbords!

Don’t worry, you can still play the old build on the LDJam page, and it’s also saved on itch if you want to download it.

It turned out to be a very engaging game. To my taste, it offers a highly original and fresh approach to the survivor and tower defense genres.

It's a very interesting game and rules are very easy to understand! For my first play I have survived to 18 waves. The number of enemies have increased too much at the late stage of this game along with more traps, and there's no place for player to move safely.
