At first, it seemed super easy. But once you figure out where all the cards are, you might think it’ll get boring fast. But here’s the thing: you have to collect cards in a specific order, and you can’t jump. So, it sometimes creates these fun little “puzzles” (if you can call them that).
I loved the cool screen effects and the wobbly camera, but I got a bit queasy after playing for a while. I wish there was a way to turn down the camera movement a bit.
This game needs more reviews! Its fantastic! I really liked the look of the game but I am always a sucker for screen effects. The concept is simple but great. The difficulty increase is perfect as it starts with making you get a mental picture of where the keys and then slowly increases the challenge of ordering. Great job!
The environmental pixel art was really awesome! Did you do it yourself? The mechanics were interesting, I think the movement could use a bit of polish, but the gameplay was easy to learn and follow. Loved the additional camera effects.
I made it through on my final heart! Wow, what a rush! That final sequence, thankfully I got it right first try (not sure if they are autogenerated, but I had a tricky one with a green card at the end).
Had a lot of fun playing this game! It has a cool puzzle feel with figuring out ways to move around the map in a way you get the cards in the correct order. The way it keeps you moving with the decreasing bar and the heart count also really immerses you into the game loop, I thought that was very good. The pixel art here looks super good as well, I wanted to comment on that. The area and the main character look really amazing. I also like the shader effects a lot, I think they add a lot of character to the presentation. Very well done game, great job!
This caught me off guard with its simple mechanics initially, I expected there not to be much depth, but the restrictive was of playing really forces you into a bit of a memory puzzle game. Cool entry, nice job.
Took me a bit to understand at first, but I liked it. Movement does feel clunky for my taste and the camera doesn't feel right. Needs to be more snappy
Wow this is good! Very polished. It took me 20 seconds to realize I had to match the keys. The only thing that could have made this a better entry was that kind of simple tutorial and maybe a bit of a soundtrack. But I totally understand the huge undertaking it is to make something this good! The mood and gameplay and art are great!
This is a really interesting game! The sound effects make it feel like something you'd play on a retro handheld console. It took me a little while to understand the rules, but once I did, I really enjoyed it.
Геймплей вышел довольно интересным, но надолго игра не затянет, лично мне не хватило какого-то разнообразия.
Зато хотелось бы отметить визуал, который смотрится красиво и стильно. Получилась вполне достойно
Nice little puzzle game, requiring both memory and planning. At first I was like "Why can I not jump?" but after a few cards you get why. Kudos for the neat pixel art as well!
It caught me off guard when I got the colors but not in the right order. Interesting little mechanic with remembering the spawn points and plotting a path to get them all in the right order
I love how the complexity comes into what seems initially like a very simple game. Reminds me of the doom keycards and I love that. Big fan of not having a jump by design, it's great timed puzzler with an impressive amount of polish
Сложно, блин! По сути, это игра на запоминание, которая притворяется платформером. Как будто, моментов релакса для игрока не хватает: то есть, ты постоянно бежишь, постоянно темп высокий, и ты выдыхаешься. Ooh I like this game. First I was like "why can't I jump?" but then it occured to me that it was part of the chellange. Well done! Some additional feedback:
- The yellow card looked like a coin to me at first. The kind you find it mario etc
- The physics felt a bit off to me. After a while I got used to it though
- Its simple to learn but hard to master, that is a good thing :-)
- Love the CRT effect!
Love the fast paced approach combined with memory-elements also
Woah, I kept playing over and over thinking there were some that weren't possible, and I would run out of lives. Then I discovered there's a whole other tower with more cards to the left! Nice job, and excellent pixel art.
Great game! The graphics are amazing and the gameplay feels smooth. It’s already pretty well-rounded, but I think it also provides a great foundation for future features and levels. Really impressive work!

But overall, this is a solid Compo entry!
It doesn't provide a challenge that I personally enjoy (memory) but I overall appreciate the art direction and effort that went into it.
Good job.

Я делал, что вся игра простая. Собери до трех ключей. Она же является туториалом к игре.
А затем сложный финал. И сердец насыпал, чтоб ошибки прощать.
