For the time given to create a game, this is a nice turn based RPG. I do think the difficulty progression is a bit steep, but it was fun to play.

Waaaaaaw-eeeee... This is a lot of complexity for such a short dev-cycle. Crazy cool! I had to go over it a couple of times before actually feeling like I got a good grasp of what was going on, but still, nice, simple and clean. Thank you for making this !

​Good & polished game, I like the art-style and sound design, even though theme is used more as a narrative rather than a gameplay, only issue is balance can be hard sometimes, and I encountered one bug once at the beginning of the game, during first round after defeating one enemy, game was working, but didnt continue, I restarted it and it worked well. Good job.

Really pretty and plays really well. I ran into a little bug where if I attacked an enemy that died that turn already the game froze and I couldn't continue but other than that, the game was pretty cool and fun.

Really polished. The balance was kinda weird, and the game broke when an action has to be performed on a character that has already died, but still pretty impressive to pull off just for 2 days. Good job :)

I would describe this as a great minimalist art style coupled with an interesting group combat mechanic with attachable upgrades as rewards. I think having an option to disable the zoom in before each action would be a nice addition, but otherwise I enjoyed it.

Nice art style, well used to stretch it a lot! Gameplay was fun, I found boosting the attack guy all the time combined with repeat actions made the fights pretty easy.

Cool ideas here! Nice and simple aesthetics! I especially enjoyed attaching the Repeat card and Powering up ^_^

It seemed like I was unable to attach more than 3 cards to a character? But maybe I was clicking the wrong spot...

@hubol Yes, I did limit the number of chips per character for balance. Maybe I should have written about it in the game.

Cool game — the visuals are absolutely fantastic! My only real complaint is the movement animation — it jumps back and forth across the screen in a way that’s pretty hard on the eyes. I couldn’t get past this level (screenshot attached), since the enemies start hitting *every* target at once, dealing massive damage in a single turn.

I like it, high stakes. My healer always die from anxiety, it only barely survives when it gets HP+ which is also not enough. Managed to win cause I was given triple Power and triple Weak(2 extra actions) for my Buffer. Interesting, I always liked this type of gameplay, Graphics are cool. the fights itself are nice and strategic. Sometimes you can't do anything about the situation because RNG, and also unecessary power on power situation I thought it will level up the power lol but it's added on the action list. +1 action is OP.

I think you applied lessons learned from the previous game jam are very well applied. I wish there was music in the background, I wonder how it'd feel if you added it since SFX are pretty well made. Aside from balance issues, which is expected from a game jam game, super well done :100:

Fun little game, i really enjoyed stacking everthing on the attack all guy. I noticed after my first failed attempt though that there wasn't any randomness in the characters so it felt like it was very much built for that one best strategy. Would have loved to see a bit more variaty but all in all it was fun to play!

No counterplay to enemy focusing the healer.
I understand that compo leaves little time for balancing, but it means that it could be a good idea to make disbalances into each side less disrupting. For example, losing a unit because of too aggressive enemies is bad - then at least revive him at the end of the stage, so player has a chance to get back on track.

This is more fun than it looks, though beware, it does get pretty challenging over time. Getting killed by a Combo of 2x Anxiety + 2x Depression doesn't help either xD :(

I wish there was a fast forward button to skip/speed up as the animations can get repetitive pretty soon.

Really impressive compo! I was going strong until I became stuck in an endless loop of multiple-personality disorder induced depression where my last man standing with one power left could only stand cowering, and that's not a compliment I can give to very many games! Had fun with this one.

It's a fun game! I really enjoyed combos and different types of attacks for different illnesses and overall vibes. My only problem was the constant zooming in of the camera especially when all your troops repeat their action and attack all, at some point I've got legitimately dizzy O_o but aside that it's a solid and cool entry!
