it's interesting should you make someone super speedy and they will annihilate themselves in the void
Very fun game, no notes :D
Looks great. Love how you never leave the scene
By the way, I'm pretty sure I got the best one:

really like the mechanics.
A little bit of strategy
really liked it
Nothing can beat team slappers

Banger game.
The Negatives
- Falling off the map feels bad. Instant death of something you've put a fair bit of resources into isn't great, *especially* when it happens after you've already won the battle. At one point I won with all 4 still alive, and then by the time I made it to the teambuilding screen I had nothing.
- It's a little easy overall. Not strictly a negative cause crushing waves can be pretty fun, but given the nature of the stats and battling I never felt like I needed to be that picky about who I kept or levelled.
- There only being 3 stats consistent across all creatures was a little disappointing, and made it hard to want to continue for more than a run or two. Understandable given the time constraints but woulda been nice.
- Fullscreen was definitely not fullscreen, I never got to fully see the battle messages or my gold count.
The Positives
- I really like the general autobattler system and simplifying it somewhat is nice since so many of them feel immensely complicated. Also a great take on the theme.
- The art and audio are wonderful and really sell the vibe I think you were going for.
- Definitely replayable (if not infinitely so) in part due to the extensive variation in the creature designs and names. It was always fun to see what would pop up next.
Overall a really fun time, and very cool for a compo entry. Keep up the great work!
But in all seriousness: how'd you generate these little things? Amazing fun once I figured it out. Think the curve could do with a little more difficulty. But I can see the variety of this game really expanding out with different shapes and sizes and speeds of creatures.
So long my Troreng, my Klatrol, and my Schpinbulk.
