I really love the artwork. The music fits the game really well, really peaceful overall. I think some of the alarms are a bit underground.

I loved the transition effect of the scenery and the atmosphere was very moody.

This game was very moody and atmospheric! Also the idea of delaying waking up for work is very relatable! I also loved the transition effects from dream to nightmare, and it was sufficiently creepy. The only issue I would say was the occasional clipping issue I ran into with some of the models, and the alarm clocks were very quiet even when standing next to them, if you cranked the volume just a bit I think it would help with the direction cues. Also I think you left the debugger on or something because I had a command prompt window open telling me when objects spawned, which region they spawned, and the corruption %. Solid entry and very atmospheric!

Loved the music and hated the eyed column, nice game!

Performance was a choppy, but too bad that it was distracting. Breaking the alarms was very satisfying. The corrupting of the dream was a great mechanic executed very well! Great job!

Love the astomephre and universe to this world but the experience was a bit ruiner with the laggy camera who sometimes feel like it's moving alone, platform where you go trough and the blur who have been used too much but overall this game feel like it was made with love with some attention to detail and the idea and the art part is amazing, would love to play it again with a better optimization and some bug fixes

Well that was unexpectedly unsettling. 10/10 mood and setting. Loved the clock arena.

Incredible world building, great models and nice atmospheric effect! Loved the idea of clocks waking you up, although a bit tough to find them without headphones

While game is quite laggy it cannot destroy the game's heavy mood. It was really fun to just walk around and find stuff in this crazy world. Also, if you run against one of the large pillars you get launched to the air, I fucking love it.

Super strong mood, specifically I liked how the music and the visuals paired so well together! Took me a minute to find the first clock, I wonder how many there are!

I'm a huge fan of the surreal landscapes! There's a lot of dream aesthetics this Ludum Dare, and this one's atmosphere stands out above the rest. Really nice work!

This was awesome! I am a huge fan of the dream worlds like these. Very well made game for such a small amount of time! Textures look awesome, effects as well and the music is the cherry on top. I think this has some serious potential and I would definitely continue on it after LD ends. Some optimisation would be great, it was pretty choppy for me. :)

@dzejpi we are currently planing an after jam version with bug fixes, performance enhancements and smaller improvements. Our artist would love to explore this kind of game more in the future, we will let you know if we will continue the project :)

Really impressive work. The art and especially the music are gorgeous. I like the design of the arena and the transition effect (although I feel like it could have been taken further by changes in lighting and music). Reminds me of Psychonauts or Alice: Madness Returns. Some of the thickest atmosphere I've encountered in a LD game.

@pdotjpg good call. those almost made it in. A shame since our musician did an amazing job! Thank you and everybody else for the sharp feedback. This is utterly motivating.

cool how the world changes, i didn't realize it first! i found it particularly interesting how the game handles its two opposite themes:
1. the dreaminess of the world
2. the numb feeling of the player that emerges because they know that they just cant stop the dream falling apart. regardless of their efforts.

Hello! The game is great. I had issues to play it HTML5 but I tried to see beyond that. The idea is really cool, liked the ambiance and I liked to explore a bit and see different structures.

Good entry with a nice idea. The ethereal mood is very good. I would have preferred a more clear indication that an alarm was going on that a faint sound though

I'm a big fan of the 3d environment, it gives me retro fantasy platforming vibes which i appreciate a lot! Good Job!

Nice and strange setting, with a music that fits well! Also it was cool to have the :eye:s watching you at some point ^^

Interesting dream world. Like the sleepy music and using audio to identify clocks.
Wasn't performing too well on my laptop :(. Perhaps it could be optimised?

Very cool surreal vibe! It took me a bit of random running around to notice the alarm clocks, but after hitting the first one it became pretty clear what I needed to do. I then checked the game page for more info as nothing really seemed to be happening. You mentioned a nightmare, but if it's coming then it sure is taking its time.

The art and especially color palette is great, the music sounds great and really works for the visual.

Overall, a very nice one, but I wish there was a little more to do.

@flaterectomy It really shouldn't take long, a few minutes top.You are either just way too good at the game or something bugged out on you.

@swordmage Strange, I had left it running while not moving for a bit, and *then* I wrote my feedback, which was definitely over a minute or five. Might have been a bug, I played the web client and unpredictable things can happen in those I have found.

@flaterectomy that adds up. we found some odd behaviour and fps drops in our web version that just dont exist in the client. Those seem to depend on the browser used as well.

Definately one of the best games in this LD when it comes to atmosphere. The visuals are gorgeous (in Godot, too!) and audio adds to the magicness :) The gameplay was simple, but I guess the exploration itself was the goal. Great job!

I also loved the atmosphere, the transition, the music, basically everything, good job! :)
The looking with the mouse was a bit strange, it moved slow at 12 o'clock, and accelerated reaching 6 o'clock.

I really enjoyed the game's visual design! I loved how the eyeballs begin to stare back at you! As for the gameplay, I had a choppy framerate and the jumping mechanic was functioning poorly. I also didn't like the pacing of the game, it is far too slow. A faster progression towards a more interesting payoff would have been better! Locating the alarms aurally was also a bit difficult as they were very quiet and their sound didn't have very good spatialization.

The environment and sound design really stood out in this one. The gameplay was quite dull, however -- it could have used a few twists to keep it fresh, as waking up felt like being released. The theme is represented well, though!

I call that a dream world! The combination of the colors and the ambient music is really illusionary.
