A quick improvement would be to make the mouse selection much more forgiving. Picking up plants required an annoying amount of precision and sometimes I'd miss the basket too, forcing mouse movements to be slow and precise, which is not very fun. Another easy thing might have been to give bonus points\/time for filling multiple baskets in quick succession, introducing some form of strategy.
