Hello I am the butcher AKA Organ Deliveroo

Today we're going to harvest some organs. (duh) You might see some blood, so if you're squeamish, you're probably a wimp. And I don't like wimps. Wimps are sad little babies who wear diapers. And I don't wear diapers. Except for that one time, but we don't have to talk about that.

Anyway, we've got customers who needs organs. Harvest them before Uncle popo shows up. he is a douchebag and will stop you from taking organs >:( not cool uncle popo.

Instructions:

Harvest organs, and upgrade your furnace. more will come soon. Everything is controlled by the mouse cursor so don't try to press space or anything. 👀👀 I am looking at you, Martha. don't do it!
