Watch Your Step! by LDJam user 268630
A hard platformer where you need to think what buttons you REALLY want to press. W A S D to move R to restart S + A/D (while the thingy in top right is negative) - dash S (while mid-jump) (while the thingy in top right is negative) - place a platform underneath you

However it is not and i have no clue why it is so since my programmer went to school and didn't reply to my DMs
Game is safe but might damage your brain
and thank you for your feedback
it has some rough edges to polish like falling off the starting line on the next level but im proud of what we managed to make in a day pretty much
im glad you like my drawings and the game overall
The background art is very cool, but some audio would really add a lot to the experience. And probably add some sort of indicator that the platforms disappear after a while (maybe some subtle flashing?). If you make a sequel it's something that probably you could take into account.
im flattered that you like my drawing
about audio
neither me or rmu know how to make sound but we will learn and definitely expand our skills
I'll also remember about the platforms
This is a fun entry! Great work.
But there was no way I was beating the game without this bug/oversight: arrow keys control the player, but don't affect the blocks ;)
I think there should've been a checkpoint system, it's a bit sad how if you die on the second level, you have to start all the way back from the first level.
But at the same time that could add to the fun too, replaying the levels over and over until you memorize the patterns and win.
Overall it's a fun game, the sliding mechanic is cool, no real main complaint, maybe only to add a secondary difficulty option where when you beat a level there's a checkpoint.
but yeah
