!IMPORTANT! For me windows defender detects the game as a trojan.
However it is not and i have no clue why it is so since my programmer went to school and didn't reply to my DMs
Game is safe but might damage your brain

What a challenge! I really enjoyed your concept, and I was excited to get pretty far in one of my runs. The art style is great, and I like how the environment was implemented.

pretty fun, but maybe can teach players at the start regarding which type of platform will change based on different button pressed. It can help us get used to the rule.

Love the idea, feels like something straight from IWBTB. Though a checkpoint after completing a level would be nice.

Cool idea! I eneded up playing it more like a puzzle game by making one move at a time! At first I thought it was really hard but I could feel myself getting better! I think that being able to adjust your direction midair would really help this game feel better! Good entry I liked it!

This was a cool game! The gameplay definitely felt very unstable, so great job bringing the theme in! It took a while for me to figure out how each of the buttons changed the level, so it would have been nice to have a bit more of a tutorial that allows the player to explore that a little bit. Overall, good job!

Quite an interesting and difficult game, took me a while to work out each button affected a different platform color learning how to use the abilities definitely helped me out as well. Might of been nice to slowly introduce the different platforms to make it easier to learn but pretty fun once I got the hang of it

This was one hard platformer. The lack of in-air control felt quite frustrating for me. Made it to the end of the first level (I think?) but the level just restarted. Not sure if there was more to explore.

Thank you everyone for your amazing comments! It's an honor to get such support for our first ever game
it has some rough edges to polish like falling off the starting line on the next level but im proud of what we managed to make in a day pretty much

Cute game! Loved the art style and the controls felt good. Definitely hectic trying to get the patterns understood, but definitely enjoyable. Great job!

Cool game and a unique take on platformer-type games. It's fun to have a button that does two different things depending on other inputs or the situation you are in, sort of like in a fighting game where you do a combo. Or how Nintendo games have an action that does many different things :)

The background art is very cool, but some audio would really add a lot to the experience. And probably add some sort of indicator that the platforms disappear after a while (maybe some subtle flashing?). If you make a sequel it's something that probably you could take into account.

@cip thank you for playing and your feedback!
im flattered that you like my drawing
about audio
neither me or rmu know how to make sound but we will learn and definitely expand our skills
I'll also remember about the platforms

I'm gonna disagree with a post I saw earlier and suggest that the lack of ability to change directions in mid-air is a nice touch for this game. It really forces you to consider your actions, which I did not many times.

This is a fun entry! Great work.

This was surprisingly fun, after the initial struggle of figuring out which buttons toggle which blocks!

But there was no way I was beating the game without this bug/oversight: arrow keys control the player, but don't affect the blocks ;)

Unfortunately it was way too difficult for me to finish the game, as I'm a bit tight on time, but I did get to the second level and I have to say I like it.
I think there should've been a checkpoint system, it's a bit sad how if you die on the second level, you have to start all the way back from the first level.
But at the same time that could add to the fun too, replaying the levels over and over until you memorize the patterns and win.

Overall it's a fun game, the sliding mechanic is cool, no real main complaint, maybe only to add a secondary difficulty option where when you beat a level there's a checkpoint.
