I think I'm having a skill issue... **but how do I get out of the start?**
Only 1 of my abilities seems to do anything when I let it charge up?
The other 3, the bar fills, but nothing happens?

**edit** Response below, but **use the mouse wheel to match the color on the bar while charging**

hi @matt2728 , try pressing Q and click on the red icon, and hold down left mouse button and use scroll wheel to land in the red zone on the bottom panel to fire a red sound wave! After that, your body becomes heavier and will break straight through the thin wall. The guidance in this game is pretty lacking at this point! we'll try implement more😭,

What an interesting mechanic! I barely figured it out, even with the instructions, but it was difficult to play.

The jump could have been a little longer; climbing ledges is not very convenient. Plus, I kept getting stuck in colliders. The jump sometimes works more than 5 times.

As far as I understand, the yellow ones repel enemies, but I don't understand what the green pillars do. I think they heal?

Overall, good work and unusual mechanics. And wow, what a huge map.

I only finished half of it.

I spent quite a while trying to understand what I was supposed to do, but it really feels like there’s a bug. The red stone clearly indicates that it should respond to red signals, yet no matter how many red signals I shoot at it, it doesn’t move at all. Strangely, those same red signals seem to activate the yellow stone instead, which is confusing and breaks the logic of the puzzle.

As a result, I’m stuck in the very first tutorial area because I can’t move forward without shifting the wall. This blocks any further progress and makes it impossible to properly engage with the game.

That said, the sound design and visuals are quite приятные and create a nice atmosphere. I’d really like to give the game another try once this issue is resolved or with some guidance. Overall, it feels like a solid and promising experience.

I think I had a bug where my screen became dark, and I couldn't interact with it afterward, I don't really know why.

The art style is very cool, and the ambient sound fits pretty well, but it makes a harsh contrast with the sound effects (I got scared to hell the first time I got hit :D )

The explanations are lacking, but I also think the the design could have been more straight forward : If I understood correctly, you must select a color, then click for a certain duration and move the cursor to the previously selected color, whilst being next to the rightly colored crystal ?
It's a lot of things to think about at the same time, making it very difficult the first few tries.

I think that the fact the color information needs to be selected multiple time is redundant for example, and it makes it a bit confusing (should I use the same color ? how does everything relates to one an other ?)

The Idea needs refining, even though I'm now exactly sure how to do it better, and the take on the theme is very cool though, great job to you all!

72小时能做出这样体量的关卡真是很能肝了!我花了一些时间适应操作手法,键位有点儿奇怪。小蝙蝠很可爱,美术风格很统一It’s impressive that you managed to create so much content in just 72 hours—huge effort! It took me a while to get the hang of the controls, as the keybindings felt a bit unconventional. The little bat is adorable, and the art style is really cohesive!

Hi @kurakurture, you've actually figured out the first part already! the red crystal, after activating, gives you a temporary "sturdy" buff that lets you break through the first thin barrier to your right 🙂 glad you like the visuals and mood of everything. please refer to the instruction images on the itch.io page if you're stuck somewhere further in the game!

Interesting, but too hard to get started. Was not able to play well with Apple MagicMouse. Not sure why it did not work cosistently. Took some time to figure out the controls, and the after much struggle was able to escape the starting location.

Very nice game, a bit hard though. The mousewheel interaction is novel but that makes it really hard to get used to. Blue is really hard to activate within the charge time. It has a lot of features for the timeframe. Reminds me of a lot of browser games back in the flash games era. cheers.

Nice entry! I had some trouble figuring out the controls and the mechanics. I was able to finish the game but I'm still not sure if I fully grasped the mechanics. Like, what happens if you select different colors with the Q menu and mouse click/scroll? Sometimes something seemed to happen, but I have no idea what. Usually I'd just select the color of the crystal with Q, then select the color gain with mouse scroll, which seemed unnecessarily convoluted.

There's also some points in the map where you cannot see the ledge where you're supposed to go. I think the map helps a bit with that, but I still had a few moments where I had to take a leap of faith.

The art and mood are strong and overall it's still a solid entry.

The little bat is so cute! The signal-wave mechanic is quite deep—you can play around with it for a long time, and the map is fairly large. The overall art is very cohesive and polished, and the sound design is also complete. There’s even a pause menu.

The only downside is that the tutorial guidance is a bit weak—I had to check the comments before realizing you need to use the scroll wheel to emit sound waves lol.

The sound-wave mechanic itself is great, but the key mapping feels a bit awkward. It might be much better if the Q key were changed to something else: sometimes I need to fly and move while pressing Q to switch modes (I usually use my ring finger for Q, but at that moment it also needs to handle the A key for movement).

Another small issue is that there seem to be some limitations when triggering crystals or emitting sound waves. Sometimes I’ll charge up a pulse and nothing happens; other times, when the wave hits a crystal, there’s no response (especially the yellow crystals—it feels like they only trigger when you emit the wave from a very specific position).

Overall, I’d still highly recommend everyone give it a try! The little bat will just be there, adorably watching all of you.

Cool game, amazing how large as well. The controls are very overwhelming in the beginning, each ability has a different color, and then you have crystals with various colors (but different colors), and it's really confusing how they match. But through trial-and-error you kind of get the hang of it.

What would've really helped if there was a bit of a more introductory section that teaches you one element at a time, so you get introduced to all elements gradually.

Such a lovely looking game, the animations and enemies look really good. Sadly I wasn't able to get out of the nook you start in and I was trying all sorts of things with all 4 of the signal colours too!

I don’t have a completed game sadly, just a proof of concept due to health issues.

Really fun little jaunt and super atmospheric, I was gonna mention the lack of red crystals but I think using them only at the beginning and end was a cool choice. Only thing I'll say is I couldnt seem to get the yellow crystals to work - fired at them with the right color beam, but they never did anything. Still, great job overall!

Great graphics and sound fits well. The controls are complicated, but it's a matter of getting used to them.
I also got stuck at the beginning, even after reading the tutorial. I only understood after going to the comments.

However, the map is huge and the game is quite difficult, and having few lives complicates things, haha.

Nevertheless, it's a great game!

fun little game! i like the art style. the bat animations are cool. tuning the colour with the mouse wheel was an interesting addition but it kinda felt like an extra step after selecting the ability with Q. i feel like you could have left out the Q selection and just tune your left mouse to the different colours of the gems. the different gems doing different things was a cool idea though. i did have some slight issues getting stuck on the terrain, right at the start there is a small piece sticking out that you couldnt run over but if you were too close to it you couldnt fly either. there seems to be an issue with flying when you are directly against a wall/flat vertical area of the terrain, you just get stuck in place until you move away from it. overall a nice game, i enjoyed my time with it. nice jam!

A cool idea for implementing the signal, and the visuals are good.
However, the controls feel a bit overcomplicated, and it was frustrating that I kept getting caught on walls instead of sliding along them, especially since you can’t use them to push off anyway.
I also occasionally mixed up the green and blue stones, especially when they were far apart—it would be better if they were more distinct in color.

Outside, there is a cute little bat. The art and programming are both very well done, and they have different interactive actions depending on the movement. It is distinguished by different colors, but it is still a little bit challenging. We look forward to the developers' future works.

That is an interesting concept.
The overall graphics look good and I especially like the walking animation of the bat. :)

The controls feel a bit off. Having to choose the colour and then using the mouse wheel as an additional step was not intuitive for me.

Very nice, that you implemented a very readable mini-map. I like the character designs and that you have different abbilities.

Like the art and the mood very much!

The controls with the sound waves feel a bit clunky. I am not sure how to "exploit the weakness" I was never able to activate yellow crystals, all other colors I managed, but for yellow nothing happened at all so I was only able to dodge monsters, then I got stuk at the lower points and did not manage to go back up :(

Game has a lot of potential! The mechanics are unique and inovative. With a bit more polish and slightly reworked controls this would be increadilble. If you ever release a post jam, feel free to tag me :)
