I did run into a bug where like, five customers spawned at once and their orders overlapped so I couldn't tell what any of them wanted except the far right one.
But

Go really chaotic since the shop street owner came. Love the feeling of getting overwhelmed.
And since I found no dustbin and to spare space from a fryer filled with coal I also serve thyoi as a coal dustbin lmao.
One thing is that the game was lagging a little bit, so the custom cursor felt pretty sluggish to move around (it moved like a third of a second after I'd moved my mouse), that probably made this game twice as tiring as it was supposed to be so I had a particularly hard time keeping up
I would have appreciated some more clarity early on about what order the mashup-mashups are meant to be made in (I had to retry the coin pyramid like 5 times until I got it), like maybe using parenthesis or zebra-striping the colors to match mashup parts together, but at least there isn't much of a penalty to missing orders so you can experiment.
I really fell in love with the game when I started having to cook emoji and coins and timers and tempura tempura multiple times lol
Oh one more thing, in the segments where there's a lot of customers at the same time, it becomes confusing where the orders are supposed to be placed, because the speech bubbles go over the customers, and they're always placed one spot to the right of the actual customer, so I ended up making a lot of mistakes because of that, also when the orders get bigger the speech balloons overlap eachother and there's no way to bring them up to read them.
All in all though this was a beautifully surreal experience that made me smile a lot!!
The game moved at just the right pace to keep me engaged, I love the twist it took with using ui elements as ingredients, I found it really funny and creative, the ending was also great.
I somehow managed to softlock myself on the first run, not sure how I did it. The game is very polished tho!
Oh and last note you might want to disable the game scene underneath when you get to the final ending. I could still interact with the kitchen behind the vast emptyness off the post-tempura-ed earth haha.
Overall really great entry and definitely one of my faves this jam!
This is MAGNIFICENT, and seriously, one incredible feat for a weekend!
At some point, it got a bit tricky because some customers’ requests overlapped with those of earlier customers... but it didn’t ruin the overall experience. This game is wonderful, thank you!
The boss fights were amazing... The art is so dang cute!!! The humour is on point and, as others have said, it's impressive how much you've managed to polish the game in such a short time.
An almost all five stars for me!!
You cooked yet again! Absolutely brilliant game, gorgeous graphics and font manipulations
Some later recipes were difficult to follow. I feel like visual representation is king in cooking games, but then it would take away from the puzzle element here so it's fine as it is.
Have no clue how you managed to do all of that in 72 hours!
Can't wait to see more cool stuff from you :sunglasses:

Finally a great take on this (imo worst ever) theme, most games are either not very related to the theme at all, or just happens to take place deep below. Your idea is both original and match the theme perfectly.
Level 2 felt kind of overwhelming, suddenly there are *() and (() and )* things happening with timer. Tutorial is a bit light, some explanations on the game page just in case could probably help.
Congrats!

As always amazing polish work, all the little background items you could interact with were fantastic. The build up of the game's base systems to more and more absurd ends was great, and the ending was the cherry on top.
Great luck in the jam, this is definitely one of my favorites!
My recording ended abruptly by accident, so It's a two-part video (my bad!), but I recorded myself playing to give extra feedback. This is easily one of my favorite games of the jam.

Clicking and moving things around the screen felt really good, and finding out the different things I could grab was really insane.
Fantastic characters and artwork~
draw this for you!!
