image2_960x600.jpg

Ahoy, Pardner! Bill M. was captured while robbing the federal bank and things look bleak for him! The good news is rogue Indians chased his captors away before they could finish him off. The bad news is he is stuck with an uncomfortably tight loop around his neck. Try and help him by figuring out the sequence of clicks that can save him from this perilous situation!

How to play

  • Use the mouse to click on the objects around the screen and see what they do. Try to find the sequence that saves Bill but be careful - Time passes with every click!
  • Press F to enter/exit fullscreen mode

Good job!
I enjoyed trying over and over, gradually getting a better understanding of what to do.
The graphics & music were nice too.
My only tiny nitpick would be that some sfx were not always in sync (but that really isn't much of a problem ;)).

I really liked it! It took me a while to finish the game because I was having trouble getting the order of clicks right but I enjoyed the puzzles. The music really fit well, too.

This one is a clear 5/5 in the theme category! :D And not just in that category, it's really well done and very fun to solve.

Wow this is one really nice game! I love it! It's well thoughtout, well executed, and humorous to boot.

The only one complain I have is that it's only 1 level. I hope you can give a few more level like how Bill get caught again at that 2nd bank and all that, maybe after the jam? :D

I loved it! Nice and challenging but not hard.

I found a way to get stuck though, if the crow flies away with the hat, there's no game over even when the time runs out.

Fun puzzle game, with very nice graphics.
A restart button could be nice, in the case the crow take the hat for example.

Wow this is hard to find faults in this game... Amazing graphics, strong humor, good concept, right on the theme. I feel like this is an example of what a good point & click should look like.

What a clever way to use the theme, good writing also, adds a lot to the whole concept. The level of difficulty is rightly balanced and kept me looking for the right way to save this poor boi. Congrats!!

What a dark take on the theme lol

It took me a while to figure out that you could drop his hat but once I had that it was smooth sailing!

I really, really liked the art. There's only one setting/environment but it's so well done I can't really say anything bad about it!

It was really fun, the only negative thing I could probably say is that it felt very short.. but for the rest a game with great art, fun puzzles and good audio!

That was a lot of fun, and made me a bit nostalgic for old point and click adventure games. The feel is great and, the puzzle doesn't lean on moon logic so it is actually possible to figure out what you have to do. So you are not brute forcing it to solve it like many other point and clicks. I do fill you missed a chance to add in a ground hog for mister Bill Mrr, but I'm not that picky. Good Job!

Wow, this quest is so classic, I absolutely like this, but actually there is no innovation in this game. Yes, I love everything about it: music, textures, concept, idea, plot. I think it would be cool if you port it to mobiles

Oh man, I _love_ this...
I really can't fault it... the pixel art is beautiful, there's loads of good humour in there, the puzzle is solid and intuitive, and there's plenty of moments where something unexpected made me smile with delight. I just wish it was the opening puzzle for a full length point and click adventure game.

I saved Bill, but he never learns, does he

You may not believe it but this idea (of a cowboy stuck in a noose) was the first one that my husband suggested when we were brainstorming after the theme reveal. But we had no good concept of where to go with it. But you, beautiful people, you did it! And it's glorious.

Puzzle was nicely designed and the solution not immediately apparent. I liked that. To make it all possible, however, our Bill would need some telekinetic powers! Maybe he has some? That would make his bank robbing lifestyle certainly easier. Or maybe... am I, the player, a hand of god? Or Bill's etheric guardian! That must be it

Graphics is very nice and so is the music. Generally the whole mood of the game is quite great. This is a little gem and I'm glad I found it.

Nice game! Finding that the 3 letter word that is wearable and can be used to warm someone up or keep someone cool in the summer was interactable took me some time, but I ended up getting the hint from Pulni and solving the puzzle.

Great job! This was fun :)

It was a really fun puzzle. Trying to get the right sequence of clicks was cool and I was definitely stuck in a loop. There isn't too much wrong with it and it's really cool for something made in only a few days. Still, I wish there was some indicator to let me know when I would be allowed to click again since only one event can happen at a time and it can be annoying to be clicking and have nothing happen. Great game none the less and a rather funny one at that XD

YESS! FINALLY GOT IT!!

^
the gameplay moment you wanted me to experience, and it felt amazing when it suddenly all clicked.
Speaking of clicking, presentation wise, there wasn't a single thing I could say would stick out in a bad way, you created a very harmonic experience all around (not so much for Bill, of course...)

Very fun short brain-restarter! Thank you for creating this!

Oh, THE HAT! I didn't realize I can click the hat! Maybe some highlighting of stuff you can click on when mouse is over would've helped me. I noticed that the text is changing, but somehow didn't pay enough attention to it so I thought that the hat and the guy are one object. Apart from that, I had an awesome time, the game is clever and funny and the art is great and also you picked awesome music so the spaghetti western mood is really strong! Great entry, congratulations!

Your game is fun. I really liked the graphics and especially the sound (old west is always good). The mechanics of finding the right order of clicks is quite exciting. Although I was not able to save the poor character hahaha. Good job.
