Hang on, Bill! by zanzavar

Ahoy, Pardner! Bill M. was captured while robbing the federal bank and things look bleak for him! The good news is rogue Indians chased his captors away before they could finish him off. The bad news is he is stuck with an uncomfortably tight loop around his neck. Try and help him by figuring out the sequence of clicks that can save him from this perilous situation!
How to play
- Use the mouse to click on the objects around the screen and see what they do. Try to find the sequence that saves Bill but be careful - Time passes with every click!
- Press F to enter/exit fullscreen mode

Very cool mechanics. Figuring out what to do is really cool, animations are well done too !
I enjoyed trying over and over, gradually getting a better understanding of what to do.
The graphics & music were nice too.
My only tiny nitpick would be that some sfx were not always in sync (but that really isn't much of a problem ;)).
The only one complain I have is that it's only 1 level. I hope you can give a few more level like how Bill get caught again at that 2nd bank and all that, maybe after the jam? :D
I found a way to get stuck though, if the crow flies away with the hat, there's no game over even when the time runs out.
Fun puzzle game, with very nice graphics.
A restart button could be nice, in the case the crow take the hat for example.

It took me a while to figure out that you could drop his hat but once I had that it was smooth sailing!
I really, really liked the art. There's only one setting/environment but it's so well done I can't really say anything bad about it!
It was really fun, the only negative thing I could probably say is that it felt very short.. but for the rest a game with great art, fun puzzles and good audio!
Very good game, loved it.
I enjoyed it. Great job!
I really can't fault it... the pixel art is beautiful, there's loads of good humour in there, the puzzle is solid and intuitive, and there's plenty of moments where something unexpected made me smile with delight. I just wish it was the opening puzzle for a full length point and click adventure game.
You may not believe it but this idea (of a cowboy stuck in a noose) was the first one that my husband suggested when we were brainstorming after the theme reveal. But we had no good concept of where to go with it. But you, beautiful people, you did it! And it's glorious.
Puzzle was nicely designed and the solution not immediately apparent. I liked that. To make it all possible, however, our Bill would need some telekinetic powers! Maybe he has some? That would make his bank robbing lifestyle certainly easier. Or maybe... am I, the player, a hand of god? Or Bill's etheric guardian! That must be it
Graphics is very nice and so is the music. Generally the whole mood of the game is quite great. This is a little gem and I'm glad I found it.
Great job! This was fun :)

the gameplay moment you wanted me to experience, and it felt amazing when it suddenly all clicked.
Speaking of clicking, presentation wise, there wasn't a single thing I could say would stick out in a bad way, you created a very harmonic experience all around (not so much for Bill, of course...)
Very fun short brain-restarter! Thank you for creating this!
