Fantastic game, reminded me of old 3D games like I-Ninja or Earthworm Jim 3D with this kind of gameplay, very nice graphics, looks awesome :)

What and eggstrodinary game, eggscelent even! Ok I'll stop yoking around, i dont wanna whisk people getting mad. Despite the egg shape, the controls are easy to get the hang of and you can manouver the egg quite easily, and the ending was well worth dying 50x to get to! Great game guys!

What an odyssey!!! It went much farther than I expected, and I loved rolling around and exploring. The heal chamber was a delightful surprise :)

Conveyor belt with a lots of barrel drives me a little mad. It's a little too hard for me....

BTW,sometimes the camera may go through the floor. The game will be better if you can fix it!

The level of polish on this is amazing. Loved the egg-points (checkpoints)

Now get me a hardcore mode without checkpoints so no one makes it alive to the end

I really enjoyed this, the physics were great, its a good take on the theme, the first environment was really fun to run around in, and there's lots of great little touches, like all your deaths being left so you can see them on retries. But sadly I could not finish it.

I found the section with the crushers with spikes that you have to climb on to to be a bit too frustrating, almost every time they damaged or killed you on the way up when you climbed on them - this actually made me quite sad as I really wanted to finish it and see everything.

I can't beleive how much content you were able to squeeze in! I kept thinking 'this has got to be the end' and then there were 4 more levels after that! Awesome job!

I really enjoyed the game up through the "?" block section, but unfortunately I couldn't finish it past that. :(

The jump pads felt very inconsistent - It seemed like the same pad would sometimes give me the boost that I needed to jump a gap, and other times just give me a tiny kick off the edge. If it helps, it seemed like the pads didn't work well when I walked over them with the point of my egg, rather than the side of the egg; it might have been some strange physics interaction.

That hangup aside though, it was a fun game, and impressively large for a game jam entry!

I really liked how this plays. I wish I could zoom in and out though. The puns were very funny.

Hey @koolruz thank you so much for playing and for the feedback. Yeah it turned out that the Super Mario section did not receive enough play testing unfortunately after the submission. We already changed it to make it a lot more straight forward and consistent. But in terms of fairness we will not upload the changes build to itch after the voting is over.

I came here to review the game and ended up playing it for almost an hour, overall really fun game

Great game, the environments were lovely! very cinematic 😁 It was very hard but enjoyable once you got past hard bit. I struggled with the spikey stamp things as I would sometimes take damage when it moved up but a great entry overall!

Sometimes the camera locks 180° or -180° but its in the direction I wanna go, so I have to 360 my view to get to the other side. Hope you understand what i'm talking about.

Those spike traps are brutal LMAO. Still had a blast playing it till the end though. Nicely done!

I had an amazing time playing this game and seeing the egg puns XD. I really like the concept and the visuals of the game. The audio fits the game very well too. Only issue for me is that the camera movement seems quite wonky at times.

Besides that, I had a lot of fun playing this game!

Ahhh those damn flamethrowers. Gave me hell! A really fun one though, I played through to the end credits just to be able to see an egg blast off back home. Graphics were on point, lots of levels and gameplay. Good ramping difficulty. And the music is easly 5 stars. Really good job!

A really great game to play with a nice "story", puns and more. Definitely the best game I've played here. 5/5 - totally worth it.

Finished it! It was fun and I liked the humor in it. Difficulty progression was good and an egg controlled as unwieldy as I expected from an egg shaped object. I encountered no bugs so that's great. Mouse sensitivity was a bit too high for camera controls.

This is a really great game! I was entertained the whole way through... it's funny how by just making the object egg-shaped it gives the game a totally different feel. The level design was on-point, I think the difficulty ramp was really well done. Very nice entry, kudos to all of you! One of my absolute favorites so far!

I got stuck in between the shelf and the fridge! I really like the graphics and the ability to explore. Some of those spike traps were really difficult! Would be interesting to see what you add in post-jam. Great job

Ha ha! It's good LD game. I remembered old Hamsterball with same mechanic.
Scene with presses and small barrels was the hardest for me (presses prevent looking ahead).

Really enjoyed the space kitchen at the beginning, would like more levels with familiar items like that, although the game-y obstacles torture chamber/conveyor belts in the later make the gameplay fun - so who am I to say. Funny the way the egg wobbled, it had lots of character! Liked the intro music with ascending melody, created much excitement.

Such a cool game, but also really nerve wracking. :smile: Great job, keep up the good work!

Wow! That was a lot of gameplay, mechanics and level design in a single jam game. Congratulations!
I found the rolling physeggs =) a bit strange, but then I don't normally try to roll an interplanetary egg around. Another small annoyance was that the camera often is pointed 180 degrees in the wrong direction when (re)starting.
Otherwise it was a very solid, if hard, game.

It is so hard! I wanted to see all the content, but I wasn't able to make it through the Sen's Fortress, if you know what I mean.

The camera movement was very unpleasant. Very sensitive with a lot of zooming and going out of the boundaries.

The graphics were very nice.

Good work, guys! Polish it a bit more and it could be good mobile game :)

Alright, so this is truly great. First love the puns with eggs, and it is great that you have it allover your game. Sencond, I am really impressed with the lenght of the path you have to travel till the end. Personally I thought that the game will end by the first encounter with an astronaut. And that would be totally enough, given this is a jam game, however you made even further away and I am glad that the final frontier was the space. Truth is that I would love to see the egg go thru more familliar areas, like in the kitchen, however this "Wipeout" like obstacle course was also very fine and sometimes quite challenging. I can see some polishing with some obstacles, but this can hardly be a complaint since this is a game jam and also a fact that you made quite big game itself. Great work, this is going to my personal list of Top games from this LD.
