I had fun playing this game and I have a terrible memory!
I think I had good memory but the time to find the good icons is very short.
Well done overall :)
You made all alone or with a team?
simple and imersive! good job dudes!
@iodi thank you for playing!
@nekorio haha thanks! A little secret, the doctor is based on a real person.
@giordas I know, it's a challenge to keep in mind all these shapes and colors.
@pseudonclide Thanks for playing and for your comment!
@tarvisplays thanks! I'm working on some new gameplay for the 2.0 version
@crazi456 thanks for your nice review!
@shortbread Thanks! I made it with that on mind
@sashamils thanks for playing and reviewing!
@melvinng thanks for your nice comment!
@etrealjunior thanks for comment. I already played, rated and commented your game ;)
(Now I know more that my memory sucks)
It's a simple mechanic that's given a couple of layers of complexity through a larger number of symbols to choose from, and their variety. It reminds me of card games such as Set and Jungle speed with that familiar anxiety to juggle all that confusing information in your head against a time limit. I would have liked to see some more depth through iteration over the core mechanic, or an ending (is there one? I think I reached level 15). In any case, impressive work!
I love the Artstyle, the premise and the music
I am really bad at memorizing anything, but I really enjoyed your game!
Maybe if you put more mini games rather than just memory it can be even better (for the future I mean), but that's just my opinion hehehehe.
Again awesome work for the Ludum, you deserve a solid 10/10!
Unfortunately, it proved to me just how bad my memory is but that's the only criticism I have.
Really impressive work!
But it is clear that you know your craft, it is really polished, smooth, bugfree experience of very high quality!

Very nice amount of polish here. And overall pleasant looking and cohesive visuals. Everything was nicely animated too. Music was very nice too, the clicking sound started to get a bit old and it was too loud in comparison.
The gameplay was rather simple but worked for what it is. The difficulty curve could have been quit a bit steeper in my opinion at least. Now it took quite some while to increase and it really makes it harder to go for another try after a failed attempt. A more quicker games would leave space for more motivation to try again.
Basic game loop starts getting quite repetitive too and the scoring is fairly uninteresting being so linear. Spicing he gameplay up with stuff like powerups could easily give the game more longevity. Could have stuff like "free pass, 50/50 stolen straight out of who wants to be a millionaire or more thinking time. Would be easy to come up with a bunch of them. And these could even be bought/earned between rounds to give like an overall progression thing.
The scoring could be quite easily improved with multiplier system where multiplier could be for example increased every time you pass a level without a single missed input. That would make the scoring more interesting, varied and skill based. Not just being based on a single thing (getting as far as possible) but two (getting as far as possible as cleanly as possible).
Anyways, awesome job!
It's true the mechanics are repetitive, I wanted to keep the concept as simple as possible for the jam. I'm working in a new version with more features like special clues that change in the last moment, bonus, special loops and things like that. Your idea of a multiplier for solving loops in a row is great and I'll use it for sure!
I'm working in a new version less repetitive with new features and staff, but I wanted to keep the concept as simple as possible for the Jam.
@eugenik Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@darthone Thanks for playing! The difficulty curve and the time for answering are two points I have to improve for sure!
@rolly Thank you for playing and for your nice comment.
@honey @lombax Thanks for playing and commenting, it's really a matter of taste, if you don't like memory games, you probably won't play it twice.
@vphyre Thank you for playing and giving feedback!
@erikiene Thanks for playing! I made it with the mobile game idea in my mind.
Here are my feedback:
_Positive points
- Great art style
- Clever usage of the theme
- Good mechanic between reflex and memory skills
- Cool sound design
_Negative points
- Black strips on the sides
Overall: Nice work!
(my high score was 25)
First try :p

Well done. I looks very professional.
Will definitely play again to raise my poor score.
Nicely done.
Cheers.
+the experience is cohesive and nice
+sound works and the take on theme is a classic!
-It was pretty difficult. I think I never got to the twist?
A solid jam game that is well constructed, great job!
It had me playing for quite a few levels.
At some point I got exhausted and had to surrender :joy: I wonder though, can you beat the game? I didn't really understand the bar or numbers at the top. But it definitely got more and more difficult over time.
Good job!
The game is fun to play, but there isn't much gameplay and I agree that if it had an ending, the overall experience would be a better.
The music feels a little too simple to me.
I like the sound design, but it could use some postprocessing, I feel.
Outstanding graphics, I love all of it!
I've tried your game on PC and android, the mobile experience feels better. I've been able to cheat easily on android though: if you switch to see what apps are open, the browser pauses and the last screen is still visible. You can easily pause, write stuff down and then resume knowing the right answer. I'm unsure, if this is possible to fix on mobile browsers, or if it's even your intention to (you could release the app as a standalone), I just want to bring this to your attention.
@hakro Thanks for the kind review! I hope you play the complete version when is finished, I'm adding some interesting features.
@tory Thank you for playing and commenting!
@trexxak Thanks for playing! 20 is a very good score actually
@arron-fowler Thanks for your review! It means a lot for me.
@doctorhummer Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@super-hadoken Thanks for playing! The game is designed for mobile devices but I'll consider making a keyboard version.
@mkraw Thanks for playing and reviewing! I'm working in a mobile app already :)
@danielblanco3d Thank you for playing and reviewing!
@garys Thanks for playing! I'm working in a version with more gameplay
@fronwewq Thanks for playing and for your kind review!
@hadik Thanks for playing!
I'm making a complete version, with more features, bonus, an ending and other things. The idea is upload it as an app to the Play Store, so I should probably check the Android cheat at some point.
Had fun playing this one! A nice memory based arcade game.
Would be great if it would be possible to save the poor doc! And maybe it would be nice to be able to "unclick" the chosen pictogram. I once misclicked and really wished I could undo my mistake.
You say in the description that it is "modern version of Simon Says" but I didn't really see the connection here. Maybe I missed something?
I wasn't thinking about a modern Simon Says when I made the game, but some users described like that so I included it on the description. I guess it's similiar because you have to memorize a combination and repeat it. Curious fact: the doctor's name is Simon but not because the classic game, it's a tribute to a spanish famous doctor.
Great job, dude, five stars!
This looks and feels like a very polished and professional product already. The art and style are especially great! Kudos to the designer. The music and sound design is great as well to top off the already great game. The theme was obviously tackled, but not in a significant way (we didn't really either). The game play itself is, of course, nothing new or innovative but was implemented perfectly and on point. Everything around it feels very intuitive and the inclusion of the little introductory section with the tutorial dialog was a nice touch. This genre isn't really my cup of tea because such games stress me a lot :D I don't know if there's an ending or not but I played for a little while to (hopefully) see everything this game has to offer.
Congrats on a great entry!
Perfect work. :)
btw: if/when you release this for iOS, @ me here and I'd be happy to check it out.
