Love this game. The graphics and music are brilliant. Would have liked a little less slip and slide on the surface, felt a bit like ice. But other than that this is a top game.

okay I don't think I've ever given straight 5 stars to any jam game but that... That is perfection. I can find no faults. As soon as I thought "I wish I could become a butterfly and fly around", that wish was granted. Next time I should wish for something more useful like a new house :thinking: tl;dr this game is magical and you should play it

Omg getting the wings at the end just made it all the better. That is an incredible entry! The music and vo is excellent, the level design is fun - def got my into that Katamari Damacy mindset.

Excellent use of the theme, and currently the best game I've played all LD. Finished it and still was craving a loopin'.

Only thing stuck in loop after this is my heart for the caterpillar cowboy

I can't give anything less than a perfect score. Fun mechanics, unique interpretation of the theme, funny as hell, satisfying low poly, and a very fitting song!

Haha pretty nice, love the voice acting and art! Good interpretation of the theme :) Only down was that controls felt a bit unused. Might have preferred to move use a/d to turn. But I got used to it. The whole "chase your tail" thing was interesting

Pretty dang fantastic! Lots of fun, from the concept to the graphics to the music to the sound effects to the voice acting! Every once in a while I would fall off the edge but I got reset so that was fine. Also obviously the final win screen seemed a little rushed but getting the wings was a fun ending to the tale! Good buildup and story as well :D. Nice work!

This is exactly the type of game I reserve 4.5-5 star ratings for. The audio made me lol, also very pretty, original, and good use of theme. I missed some kind of adversity or a challenge, but understand that would be very difficult to implement with how long the "frikin cowboooooy" would grow near the end.

Absolutely hilarious! I was super surprised to hear voice acting and the song as well. Great concept and execution, well done :thumbsup:

Wonderful little game with fantastic execution! I especially enjoyed the Easter Egg-esque credits. Only bug I encountered was new segments of the tail could spawn inside of things and get me stuck, but there was always a way out of that. Great job!

Heya! Thanks for submitting your game to my stream [twitch.tv/drjavasaurus)[www.twitch.tv/drjavasaurus]. I had a great time playing it and I actually took a note to pass it on to my 5 year old. He'll go bonkers for this ! Everything just falls in place with this one, great audio, great artwork, great gameplay... One of my favorites for sure! I did discover a bug where my caterpillar-butt got stuck in a rock, but a quick reset fixed it :) Great job !

Loved this one, the caterpillar voice lines were so good :P Could have used some additional mechanics to make the gameplay more diverse, but it's a good entry nontheless. Good job!

this game was fun and really cute! before i realized i was able to eat the fence post and other inanimate objects i was just like no way you cant eat rocks but i laughed out loud when it happened. good job and thank you!

@mrchickenboy One of us mostly made audio and programmed it all into the engine the whole 3 days, while the other worked solidly on the chicken physics.

The game is well-presented, with consistent and endearing graphics, excellent music, auditory commentary on gameplay. The controls are intuitive and smooth, to boot. Pacing was decent: new elements were added in each "level," and the game never felt too long nor too short.

I felt like the game was a one-note comedy game. It's a great playground game/simulation, but at least I have a hard time thinking about how to further expand the game beyond what's presented. I think it's simplicity is also a bit of its own downfall.

ETA: the credits reveal was really cool, nice job in being creative on that!

Not much feedback I can give; this was a perfect jam game! I especially loved the music which referenced what happens in the game in a funny way. Awesome job!!
