The theme was 'Stuck in a Loop', run through a maze of tori gates and invisible walls and make your way to the golden city.\n\nDevelopment wise this was made in Unreal engine with lots of emission textures, Nvidia GPU is recommended.\n\nSelf score\n\n-------------\n\nInnovation: I think the liberal use of glowey trees is very unique\n\nFun: Fun if you find mazes fun\n\nTheme: Being stuck in a circular maze fits the theme \n\nGraphics: Inspired by Tron, emissive textures were custom blueprints but the rest  of the 3d assets were free from marketplace.\n\nAudio:  Used python and Ableton to transcribe heartbeat sounds to hang drum beats from a kaggle dataset. https:\/\/www.kaggle.com\/kinguistics\/heartbeat-sounds\n\nHumor: not particularly funny\n\nMood: Very moody\n\nOverall: Spent Friday researching, Saturday learning how unreal works, Sunday development, and Monday making music , deploying to production and marketing. \n\nOverall I was surprised that I was able to iterate these level design fairly quickly.
