Left in the Dark by Eldy
Your goal is to keep the fire alive. Very buggy and unfinished.
Use WASD to move, Space to pick up logs or ammo (and also to put logs in the fire).
Right Mouse Button to aim, Left Mouse Button to shot.

The lightning was moody and nice. But i would prefer a fullscreen mode. That would help me not get blinded by the brighter colors on the itch.io website.
The graphics were nice. The enemies were scary because it was dark and you couldn't really make out the details (which is a good thing).
I like the take on the theme.
Good job, notify me if you release a bug-fix so i can play the game the way it's meant to be played!
I only ever found one, maybe two logs maximum logs per game. This meant my highest score was 51. Apart from that, there was nothing fundamentally wrong, just needs some additional work on it.
I liked the style of the characters, good work there and overall it was pleasant to play thanks to the style.
But it was hard to get into the mood - maybe because of the missing music, not sure. I barerly saw anything I had to adjust my monitor, so it would be nice to set it a little bit brighter or at least have the option to do so in the game. Also the shooting/moving mechanics althought it was not hard to handle I think it would be better to leave have a clasic wsad for direction/sidesteps and mouse for rotation. Finding the cob of wood was also a lot about luck I think, which made me sad. :D
Anyway, it has a potential and I am glad you spend the time to present this game.
