Yay! It was my first game jam ever!

What is it?

It is a puzzle game about sliding with a twist. It is a bit difficult.

I don't understand the rules...

The folder is empty. May I remove it?

No! Don't remove the main folder! It contains everything that the game needs (there is a secret folder inside...)

The game does not work!

It's fun and nicely done, but it's freaking hard xD
Moving randomly is sometime more effective than thinking, it's THAT hard xD
But nice job, it's still fun !

A verry nice and hard puzzle game. I really enjoyed playing it. The only thin that bothered me was when you manage to create a group of 4 germs and they disappear you instatnly get "rewarded" with a bunch of new germs. I think a slightly longer delay unitll new germs are spawnd would be nice to have atleast a small moment of releave.

Quite a difficult puzzle game, reminds me of Chuzzle a bit. Each puzzle felt a bit too long but I started to figure out small algorithms to arrange the germs to form squares at some point so that sped it up a bit. Got until the third puzzle before I fizzled out. Good job on the game!

Nice game ! Too hard for my poor brain tho. I feel it would have been more rewarding to make fixed levels over spawning germs continuously. I love the rotation animation when something moves, it feels just so good. The graphics are simple but they serve the game well. The music is alright but i find it a bit stressfull, something more calm would probably be more fit for a puzzle game. You said you used code::block for making your game, that's an IDE, we would've liked to know a bit more like what graphical library you used. Anyway well done and keep making games !

@hernz About code: I used a library developed by my IT teacher (it is pretty simple and works with "Windows.h", that's why it does not work on Linux or Mac).

There are no 3D models inside, I used frame-by-frame animation :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:.

By the way, i'm 17 years old :smiley:

Fun idea and well executed. The levels feel very long though and added to the fact that there's no level select screen, I wanted to try the 2nd level again but didn't feel like slogging through the first level again. Definitely has that Tetris addiction factor though. The point where the music loops is a bit too noticable imo, but otherwise the track is very appropriate for a puzzler like this.

I really liked this game, the puzzle is quite diferent of what I imagined before, it's quite hard so I couldn't make it to the end, but I went far. The music puts a pressure on the player and I really liked that feel to the game. Graphics looks nice. Also something that quite bothered me was the instalation of the game (it doesn't really matter but I'll say it anyway), I don't know why but the instaler was in Russian and I didn't know what to do, but I figured my way out so nothing bad. But forgeting that, the game is really good, it's the first puzzle game that I played on this game jam. Great Work!

@marcelo-zoletti Sorry to hear about the installer! It is in Russian because I used Russian version of WinRAR, so don't worry. I was pretty sure that it will choose the default language of your computer... I'll pack it with another tool and replace it.

Good stuff! This game could've easily be an endlessly going thing where you'd aim for a highscore, and I really like that you chose to go for levels instead. The story gave the whole thing purpose, and despite the simple visuals it had a really nice mood. A simple concept that was polished really well.

Wow, this is a super inventive mechanic. I am very bad at it, but if I were better at puzzle games I could sink a lot of time into playing this. Nice work!

This is a really good game. The only game till now which i played for more than 15 mins. Loved the concept and mechanics. The only thing which i didn't like was the music. For me, playing for a long time, this music got irritating.
