Other than that. The art and sounds are solid.
I don't see why you wish to not be rated on the art & sound ;)
Great work!
Well executed and presented. Usually in strategic movers you only control one player. To have a squad of characters each with its own rules gives you a lot of dimensions in which to think about your solution.
As feedback, I'd ask that if I click when somebody is speaking it doesn't jump to the next sentence, but rather it finishes typing the current one. Like pressing B in Pokémon.
Once I figured out that I could kill my soldiers, I stop caring about them walking over traps and enjoyed the little particle effect when they were about to die.
Graphics look great.
What sound there was is good, but could use more.
I assume, that you didn't finish the levels in time? The difficulty curve was too steep for me, but maybe I'm still tired.
Every other aspect of the game was really polished though (please explain your time management), I would love to play a full game. (Or at least 10 levels.) :princess: :crossed_swords: :bow_and_arrow:
))
Get's a bit confusing when dragging because it also scrolls the page :F
I suppose I don't fully get what it takes for the unit to be connected, but I had fun with experimenting! (The third level could be a little bit smaller though :wink: )
I suggest adding an alternative to the mouse wheel. Not everyone has one.
Side note; was this made in Unity? I'm trying to make a similar tiled-based movement game and would love to chat about how you implemented this.
Level 1 and 2 were pretty simple, and that was good to get a hint, of how the mechanics work.
As i entered Level 3 i felt overwhelmed by the amount of solders, archers and stuff. And i did not mange to finish it.
I liked the graphics and the sounds. As i played it locally and not in the browser i did not encounter any problems with the dragging of the map.
