Very cute! Really like the backstory and the fact that your character is invincible.
(PS: You can actually go through the wall at the Start and reach the End, is it a path for speedrunners only ? ;) )

Very nice music, and I love the mechanic of being invulnerable but defending someone else. I think if you'd had more time some sound effects could go a long way.

I don't know if it's intended but i found the text opening hilarious.

Cute, but hard game. What can i do, when enemies teleport from nowhere? This game also need some sounds: the rumble of swords is the one great feature in any fighting game

I couldn't make it to the end but what I played was interesting! I liked the art and the music. The mechanic is unique and very on theme! Good job!

Really solid game!

I didn't really get what the E button did.

Also at the end it was pretty brutal with the enemies that chase you but don't die :scream:

Had fun, great job :)

It was fun and cool! although i realized i could run into enemies and they would die so i didn't need to swing my sword lol

I liked your concept art. The colors are wonderful. I would like more adrenaline, but I really liked the sound environment. The art great.

Good stuff, the enemy/obstacle variety was really nice, and when I saw the ending corridor with all of the turrets and enemies, it was a climactic moment which made me heart skip a bit.

This was a lot of fun to play. I think it makes you think about navigating maps in a different way which is refreshing.

Cool concept, I got just past where there's like 7 red dudes chasing you down and the little shadow things that move straight up. I'll be honest, I didn't see much use in making the kid stop or go, I just kept him really close to me and never pressed any of the buttons, more often opting to physically push him to protect him from the red guys since I can't kill them. I also thought I'd be able to die, but I just ended up being able to willy nilly charge through everything, maybe a regenerating health bar and a click-to-attack would help with that?

Didn't really like the graphics/mood being set by the game, but I liked that you had to be strategic with how your follower had to follow you. Could definitely see some interesting techniques around that, could even work as a fun puzzle mechanic.

It would be nice to be introducted to the mechanics slowly throughout the game instead of frontloading it into a tutorial.

Loved the mood and the audio. It would be cool to have some indication that you hit an enemy, perhaps a health bar or sound effect? The game was hard at times, and it really scared me when that long enemy thing spawned.
