Being able to hold down to fire constantly would be a nice addition.

Quite challenging. If the objective is to stay alive as long as possible then a high score counter would nice so you know what you have to beat. Absolutely adored the reload screens, they were such a great idea. Overall it was really enjoyable, well done.

Not everyone has QWERTY keyboard, you should setup arrow keys as alternative inputs.

Also I would prefer that the gun firing automatically by holding the mouse button down.

Good stuff:

LOVE the graphics. The whole thing works together to give the game a cohesive, interesting theme. In particular, the game over screen is wonderful. I like how you have one enemy that attacks you and one that attacks the human-- a neat little twist that gets you to really consider which enemy to go after first

Areas for improvement:

As others have mentioned, being able to hold down to fire would be nice. I found the game a little too hard-- a slightly slower intro could have made the game engaging for longer. Sound could have been nice, but I understand if you just didn't have the time

Overall:

Great sci-fi aesthetic around a simple game that, while well executed, a few small issues kept me from truly enjoying.

The graphics are nice. I like how the game over screen is a satire of the Windows BSOD, complete with an unhelpful error code. Nice game!

The art was very nice and I like how you implemented the theme. I love the animations.

Audio would have really tied the whole thing together. Just the right amount of humour.

Nice cute graphics! Some sound would be great - even just basic bleeps for shooting and hitting enemies. Game Over screen was genius and I thought the game crashed at first lol. At first I didn't get how you lost health. A high score system would be great!

Cool little wave defense game. I like how the objective isn't to protect yourself, but to keep the ship from getting damaged. Having a way to heal or adding a little more variety to the shooting or enemies would improve it a lot. Nice work!

Hi, the game is nice, but it's a pity that the difficulty curve only gets worse, without giving any aid to the player (like bonuses, healing and such), which greatly decreases the replayability.
