However, I think you have not quite achieved 100% polish. For one classic thing to add, it might be nice to have a highscore function (local highscore at least), as in its current state it gives you little motivation to keep playing. Also, the actual aiming in-game is very difficult and unintuitive. Intuitively, I might try to drag the hand at the bottom-right back to aim, but if I do, I end up hitting the edge of the screen before I can drag it back far enough to actually build up any force.
I'm also lukewarm on the theme here: the "loops" interpretation is cool and unique, just the "stuck in a" appears to be missing entirely.
All in all, solid entry, great graphics and sound execution. The fingers wiggling on the table after falling off is hilarious.
Took me a moment to figure out how to worked though, but I like ! Very nice graphics and the voice acting is there, decent, but there.
It's quite polished, works well, and it's fun to see the fingers getting off the hand and giggling on the table!
However the "Stuck in a loop" interpretation is very light, it's just the name of the object you throw, loops, I personally don't find this crazy, but I guess it's there.
Overall great production, you can be proud ^^
Also nice animations on the fingers and the children, very polished in that way :)

Thanks for submitting your game!
The mapping of drag distance to the resultant vector/arrow seems to be a little wonky/inconsistent depending on where you click, you might wanna check that out. Audio could be balanced a bit better maybe (?); music seemed quite soft in comparison to the other sounds.
Wish there was a way to continue playing even after losing all of my fingers xP
