Nice game, the aesthetic and the music really get along with the type of play.

Really interesting idea! I had a lot of fun working out how to get all the coins.

One thing I noticed is that the movement is a bit sluggish, I think because you're using PICO-8's btnp() which has a delay before repeating. A small tweak there could make it feel smoother. :)

@princesschoochoo You're not supposed to hold the direction :P
I edited the game so the character only moves with button presses now. Thanks or the feedback

Nice retro gamestyle. I'm missing the challenge a little bit. No way to die or something like that.

Very nice puzzle game! First I thought it would be quite easy but once more and more colored pipes with different mechanics were added up to the point were a level would include all of them, it became really challenging. Although I have to admit that in the last few levels, I resorted more to trial-and-error rather than thinking about the level logically. Nonetheless it was really enjoyable to play! Also love the retro vibe.

The music is really exceptional. I was able to collect all of the coins and had a great time playing. Normally these types of magic door games become frustrating but I didn't have too much trouble with this one. It's very polished and has a lot of personality, nice work!

Pretty neat. I think the red, green pipes will create issue w/ colorblind players unfortunately. That aside it was a near perfect delivery of the experience you set out to provide. Only other caveats were that the yellow pipes were a little confusing (maybe my fault), and having to press the directional key each time to navigate was laborious.

Overall really cute and well executed!

@pixelgroover The yellow pipes are simply a combination of red and green mechanics (it sends you at the opposite site in both axis at the same time). Thanks for the feedback!

This game was so fun! I played through the whole game and got all 100 coins! :smile_cat: The music matched the mood of the game perfectly, the graphics were super cute and it was really fun to figure out what all of the different coloured pipes did! I loved the arcade feel of the game and it felt very polished. :smiley_cat:

Cute little game, I really litled the graphics and how to chracter fit with the surroundings. After level 5 i got a little confused as to which pipes lead where and since there were so many, i decided to stop playing. The music suits well and the fx was also nice, great job!

@stinkykitty Nice! :100: Thanks for playing and for the kind words :)

@LouieJams each color teleports to a different location depending on the pipe you entered: Green is opposite side straight, red is opposite side sideways (as if the room was mirrored), yellow is like a combination of red and green (leaves you in the opposite side in both directions), and blue is like if the room was rotated 90 degrees (if you enter on the 5th tile from the top on the left wall, you will exit in the 5th tile right-to-left on the top wall).

It's a bit hard to explain in words, but once it clicks it gets simpler :)

A great little game! Started out very simple but built and built until I was thoroughly scratching my head. Managed to get 100 coins and get to the beach though! Really nice music and sound effects too. The last couple of levels got a bit crazy and I spent a lot of the time trying random pipes until there was only one or two more coins left, and then trying to work out where to go. Nice work though! Can't imagine how difficult it was to design the later levels!

Doesn't seem to be loading for me unfortunately! I get a 403 error on https://v6p9d9t4.ssl.hwcdn.net/html/2843624/stuck_html_move_fix.js when trying to run it.

@DDRKirbyISQ Did you try both links? If one didn't work try the other one :)

@bonevolt: Ah yes, the direct lexaloffe link works just fine! I was thrown off since it was labeled as "source code" (which is sensible, just my eyes automatically skipped over it)
