I enjoyed the game, the art, the audio, and the mechanics are all very fun, I liked having to figure out which way to go, but eventually it gets tiring, once you get to a new level you have to trudge through the old levels, which are the same as the last time you saw them, maybe some randomness in the game would improve it. But i thoroughly enjoyed this game

Hey, thanks for giving me this feedback. The game is random, but the first level you play is always the easiest level. The other levels get really hard, so we did this to let new players have a chance to learn the mechanics without practice.

The graphics are well done and appealing though your character doesn't match the rest of the graphics very much. The controls where pretty wonky especially the dashing I found myself having to put my hands in uncomfortable situations to control the character. I can see this game with better controls being fun and you worked the theme and made something original.

Hey piggles, what control scheme were you using. We included two. You might have tried to mix and match. One the them was : C - jump, X - dash, arrows keys to move. The other was: Space - jump, shift - dash, wasd to move.

Good graphics. I had some problems with the wall jump not working when I wanted to, and the dashing was way to fast to be able to control. I guess it just takes a while to get used to :)

Game felt good with the exception of the dash, as it just has weird interactions at times. Jump+Dash is a super jump that trivializes a lot of the jumps, and dashing up while falling is just super weird. Love these types of platformers though, and once that control issue is fixed, I think this would be great to play through! Great job this weekend!!

Interesting game. I could just be bad, but I did find it a tad challenging, even from the get-go. The wall jump mechanic felt a bit off to me, but again that could just be me. Overall, the art style was good. Very *cute* game.

@p-dude Hey! A lot of people have said that the dash was weird. We have been working to fix it and it feels better now. I hope you'll give it a second chance once some of the bugs and controls are fixed.

@saucygames Some of the levels are very hard for people starting out, so we had players always start in level one until they have a high score of 2

I think you might be tired of hearing this, but the controls were difficult :) I think the shift key is awkward to hit with the rest while doing all the other keypresses. It would have been nice if I could use my right hand for both jumping and dashing.

The graphics were fine and the sound worked well. The little touches were nice.

Overall it was fun but a little frustrating to play.

That's a rather hardcore game. Nice concept with wall jumping and getting higher and higher, but it's very unforgiving since every mistake typically leads you to almost certain death. And it often does not feel like a mistake at all since you jumped to the right place but misplaced a couple of pixels, so you feel a bit... confused.

Still, nicely done!

Cool game! I found it a bit hard though, but enjoyed it a lot. Some background music was missing, but its ok anyways. The art and the sounds are cool and fits perfectly. The wall jump felt really good.

Great atmosphere from the sound effects, cute art, decent controls, all it's missing is some music, but it honestly works without the music. The tutorial was nice. It was a little unclear sometimes when you could or couldn't pass through certain objects. In level 3 I couldn't pass through the water at certain spots and it made it a bit frustrating.

I found this game ridiculously hard. Even the first level was really hard. But I loved the sound and graphics. I have one piece of advise: ease into the game a bit more. Anyways nice game!

wow, this is a difficult one!
I couldn't manage to beat any of the second levels. a slower difficulty curve to get used to the controls would have been nice. maybe slower water or infinite wall jumps as well.

Nice little entry!

Graphics and sound fit nicely together. Controls are a bit difficult, but ok.
Difficulty curve of the levels is really high.
After many many attempts I managed to beat a second level.
Then I immediately gave up.
