This is my first ever game jam! Was a total blast, until halfway through the day I didn't even think I was going to be able to finish, but managed to get something together in the end. All of it was made in Pico-8. Thanks to SmallFx for the Pico-8 fading function.

Changelog:

During Submission Hour: Noticed level 6 had a blue / red gem, but yellow / red stations and could therefor not be solved. Swapped the colours (Changed 'int = 50' to 'int = 51')

Day after: Fixed a big where the mouse would stop picking up pieces if lost under certain conditions. One 'bool = false' added to solve it. Same as during submission hour, the last level had the wrong coloured gems and could not be completed (Changed 'int = 50' to 'int = 51').

Actually incredible! Really well designed and expertly executed. Such a fan of PICO-8 - you have made an amazing game here!

Really fun! The first level is very well done - I love how you can see almost immediately what's going on and how to fix it. My only thought is the second level may be a bit hard compared to how simple the first one is - although that might just be because I'm bad at it lol. Even so, I couldn't stop playing, so nice work!

I had a lot of fun playing this game. I agree, the puzzle difficulty is pretty big between the 1st and 2nd puzzle.

Absolute amazing sound design and great sprites!

The sound effects of this game are so satisfying I could just keep on picking up and laying down rails all day!

This is such a challenging game! I really want to beat level 3 and see how many levels there are!

in conclusion: awesome job!

Very good game! Stressful at times, but once you get the hang of the levels you start to plan out what you should do.

These puzzles, man! Great job making puzzles that are seriously challenging! My one complaint I also mentioned on stream, was with the one rng tile. Maybe make it so you can choose the direction that tile turns the cart instead of making it random? Great game.

Simply one of my favorite entries for the jam, I really really enjoyed playing it and I am already craving more levels! I'd definitely pay good money for an after jam version of this <3

I really enjoyed this one. Played till the end. I appreciate the choice to make a game in Pico-8, but I enjoyed the gameplay so much that I almost wish there were a more modern version. Great job!

A really cool premise! Fun blend of puzzle and "action" game. I didn't manage to finish all the levels, I got stuck on the one where there were two minecarts on the track which split in loads of different directions. A nice take on the theme, and some really nice polish, especially with some nice particles and "lighting". The controls were a little frustrating sometimes - in high stress moments having to move a tile out of the way before placing a new one was annoying - maybe the old tile could move somewhere nearby?

In any case, nice job!
