The Blaze by nithman
Controls: Arrow Keys to move, Space to shoot. Aim with your arrow keys as well, hold space and hold the arrow key in the direction that you want to shoot. The Blaze is a survival game where you have to keep a fire "alive". Enemies spawn in waves to destroy your fire. Try to survive as long as you can. Hope you enjoy playing my game!

Its in the desctiption now for anyone else who plays this.
Btw I would love to hear the highest wave that you get to feel free to post it here!
Keep on making awesome games! :smile:
PS: Loved the bug where you could shoot 3 bullets into the air if you pressed left, top and right at the same time xD
The bullets were stopped by the fire too and perhaps you might want to change that if you'll keep working on the game :)
@svalinn85 Thanks a lot! Yeah the music seemed a little out of place but it was all I could find in a short notice(I was planning on making it just sound effects). Also sorry about the issue with the bullets being stopped by the fire, the fire collider is used to sense the enemies but it also senses the bullets too because the bullets have to be on the same sorting layer. I could have used raycasts(should have done that) but I would have to change the prefab shooting, I will look into it though :smile: I'm glad you like the graphics(I made them myself) :smile:
I think the level is too big, though. You need to go for a long time to reach the enemies, good there is a minimap.
@motley Thank you! You don't really need to move toward the enemies you could just shoot in that direction and the bullet will travel the distance for you(of course you can't do this for air enemies though). I was also thinking about adding more maps in the future. Thanks for checking out my game!
The music also fits the game quite well.
A few small things I'd suggest is having shooting work in the last direction looked (so you don't have to hold the direction) and maybe make the map less wide, since it takes quite long for enemies to come close.
Overall a really nice game.
@93eduardoresende Thank You!
:D
I liked the music a lot, but I think it didn’t really fit with the art style even though it did match the suspense mood.
