This is absolutely impressive. There are the amazing 2D graphics, the cute 3D graphics, the overall smooth and polished gameplay... but best of all... those two characters really come through!
I would love to have other kind of enemies and maybe a boss in the last big room.
Feel free to try my game aswell (it's not very well balanced like yours) :D
Great 3D and the character felt pretty good an polyshed. Great job!!
found many things that are annoying:
1. the Text bubbles and the health bar are vibrating in movement.
2. i can hide in walls and stones :D
3. one of the collider are not correctly
4. my friend is stucking D:
i love the music and the characters :D :hearts:
EDIT:
i started the game once again and now it works with my friend :D

Good game though, the movement feels smooth and the fights aren't tedious. The characters look really funny in my opinion.
My only nitpicks are that healthbars like to spazz left and right a bit when you're walking and the fact that if your buddy isn't on screen when he's saying something (you're too far away), you'll likely miss his speech bubble.
Great submission!
Out of curiosity, did you play the Hotfix version or the original jam one?
The whole thing feels very polished and enjoyable to play. It's not very challenging, managed with no trouble on my first try. But the various attacks felt nice and were intuitive to employ.
Great jam job! Oh, and the comic book style intro is great, you should incorporate it into the game as a cutscene!
I was kinda hoping to see my sharky character transform back to his original form at the end! But I guess you can't have everything
