Thank for the game :)
I felt Super Meet Boy vibes because of failing tens of times at the first try :)) But after more practice I've found how elegant the design around so fragile bubble. I mean this bubble is inside a steam machine, and it's fragile, but at the same time bubbles are the most dangerous thing for steam machines because they make them explode. I like how it plays!
Wish you the best of luck!

Really enjoyed the level design and challenge. I did feel that some of the traps were a bit elaborate like the fan trap near the start where it blows you all the way back to the level start only to pop you and put you back.

I liked the general atmosphere. The graphics are very simple but informative. Very hard game to master but well made :)

So sad the game is too short :cry: I want to play more. Anyway, the concept is nice, you must tweak a bit the bounciness of the ball when it becomes a "water ball?". The level design is nice after the four pillars. The two first fan makes me loose my mind x)

Nice work for a jam, continue.

This was quite a fun almost zen-like entry :D The player controller felt really good to control, at no point did I die where I didn't think it was my fault. I like the idea of the two modes of the bubble, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. The only issue I had was that I wasn't aware of the second bubble mode until I pressed RMB by chance (I'd recommend putting the controls on the ldjam entry page).

Great entry! Was a joy to play :D

This is the Darksouls of bubble based gaming. It makes sense that the controls were a little floaty, you are a bubble after all, but the hitbox did seem just a little to big for your lack of control. Solid entry, hope you do make more levels for it.

@bradalli thank you!
And yeah, there's a lack of tutorial that i wanted to put in start of level, but there was some technical issues with game that I completely forgot about it :sweat_smile:

You definitely should mention on the game page that RMB is needed, I was completely stuck until I read the comments and found out that I should try that. Once I got past that issue it was a really nice game.

Feels like super meat boy. I like bubble themes, but I don't know how to switch forms at first time. Gameplay seems too difficult from the beginning? It'll be better if there are tutorial and more easy stages!

Awesome game! It was fun to play, tricky and with cute visuals. I totally fell for the fan-trap path hahahaha

That was fun! I thought you did a great job at making the bubble feel good to control (the way that it slowly floated up was a nice touch).

It took me a while to realize that right click transforms you. Maybe I missed the instruction. Great choice of sound! Once I figured out the controls playing through the level felt sort of meditative. You were very generous with checkpoints as well, which I appreciated.

One potential bug: your description says "Fixed game end screen", but when I escaped the level there was no end screen. I just floated away into the infinite void, listening to the sound of the waves...

Very fun little game. Great concept but took me a few minutes to figure out the RMB mechanic. I found it quite hard at times, especially the first funnel since the walls were so bouncy. It might be interesting to vary the "weight" or drag of the bubble in its two forms. You could slow the "bubble" down a bit when it is in its floating form but have it drag less when it was in its "marble" form. Cool puzzles and enjoyable music. I also found the walls being very bouncy made it hard to get the "marble" into its slots. I'm sure you could come up with a ton of puzzles with this mechanic tho. Great start!

@boxedmeatrevolution thanks for review (:
I've added controls description onto game page
Also, this bug is really strange, but i think it looks interesting :D
I don't really know what's the reason for this behavior - my changes was made to fix automatic close of end screen :D

Always happy to see other Godot projects! I really enjoyed this game a lot. It was nice and challenging, but ultimately doable. It always felt good getting through a tough sequence.

One issue I had was the end: Once I turned the fans off I headed up, saw a dead end above me, so went back south and through the other off fan. From there I escaped the level into "open ocean", and got lost. It took me a long time to realize you have to bump into the dead end. There's no indication unless I missed something telling you that's what you need to do. It was especially tough to figure out in a game where you spend most of your time purposefully not bumping into things, and by the fact that there seems to be an actual way out to the left.

Overall great entry, keep up the good work!

Great idea! The two bubble states are very interesting and a great combination. It felt really nice to advance through the level, although the part near the button was quite tricky! But the checkpoints were really great, so it never felt unfair.

I also loved the simple art style and soothing music. Good job!
