Those immorale choices are a clever thing. The doctor really looks like an evil man :) The spike hitboxes were a little to hard to manage though.

Ideally, an example of how to create an interesting gameplay with just a few gameplay mechanics, and just a little animations according to Disney laws - to diversify a seemingly static graphic component)
