It's very cute, though I must say I'm 3 rounds in and still not sure what is killing people xD But at some point I shot a civilian and then nobody ended up dying anymore, so I win?

I like the concept of trying to figure out who the maniacs are. There's a lot of action at the beginning of the game but after killing some maniacs they seem to calm down and not much happens anymore? In the last game I played I had to wait 50 seconds without any more civilians dying. Can't tell why.

Good job with the 16 bit era graphics and all those different characters. Reminded me of Maniac Mansion. And I like the weird music!
