Not bad.
Suggestions for improvement would be making the UI standout more. A panel (as Unity calls it) at the top and bottom behind the Stats / Actions would have been nice. Also, there's not much incentive to use the military other than player patience. Maybe a time limit to cure the disease would test the morals of the player more?
Congrats on completing your Ludum Dare!

I loved the music, especially the jazz vibes from the main menu. The graphics reminded me of the [town carpet](https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/918mWBrXU3L._SX425_.jpg) I had at my school when little. The game mechanic is simple to understand (though the "how to play" section is a bit hard to read), I won with 30 people remaning. Good game overall

looks like you were focused to make a pandemic themed game whatever ld46 theme is... maybe that is the main problem of your game.

I like the idea of trying to balance the morale and save life, really reminds me of how things are around the world now! "How to play" page is quite hard to read though, adding black background behind the words may be a simple (though cheap) solution. Congrats on finishing the compo!

Good job, simple but interesting. Obviously there's only so much complexity you can do in a jam, but having the three different facilities to manage was a good move, much more fun to try to balance than if it were two options. I enjoyed the music too. As xeniaeo mentioned, the text on the How To Play screen is too difficult to read.

I like the idea and the story. I would have liked a bit more gameplay. Overall is this an okay little jam game.

Nice concept, but it's really hard to read the HOW TO PLAY :smirk:
