It is nice but the tutorial can be beter.

The graphics are cute! Took a couple tries to understand what to do, but that's par the course for most jam entries (including ours). I did feel the game was a bit too easy, but that's better than too hard. Great job!

the graphics are epic my dude, but my scoreboard would't work for the rest it's epic.

Really feel that the movement ball(body) should not have collision with you(heart), and it should move more aggressively toward mouse. it makes the whole movement feel clunky just because these small problems. i liked the neon style.

Very fun game! The graphics are pretty great and the idea in general is pretty good. The movement of "you" is pretty clunky though, and the audio could use some fading effects and maybe some music in the background. The darts also go very fast and that kind-of scared me at the beginning :sweat_smile: I also found out that you can just move the heart behind a wall, and basically just move "you" at the middle where darts would spawn, so you instantly destroy the darts as they spawn, I think that should not be allowed by maybe having colliders with the dart spawners. Overall quite an innovative idea, fun concept, nice graphics and quite a fun game to play!

I've never seen movement like that. It's really cool, but might benefit from moving faster towards the mouse. The graphics are really cool and it's a very original and fun concept that you have. Nice work!

Nice graphics, movement mechanic mixed with the defense was interesting but i found myself annoyed at times when my player got stuck on the heart or other objects. Overall very nice, really liked the art and particles :)

That was an interesting concept! In order to get points I gotta get myself in situations of danger. Good method for making the game compelling! Every so often the cursor just clicked a random spot by itself without me doing anything, but that's probably a problem on my end. Was fun!

@william-derksen Thank you for your comment (and thanks to everyone else who has commented). I just wanted to explain the random clicking that you experienced. It is not something on your end, so no need to worry. It is a type of dart: The Wing Dart/Sonar Dart (I haven't settled o a name yet) when they have been alive for some time they emit a 'click' that lures your heart towards them. But yeah this is poorly telegraphed to the player and all my playtester thought the same. I just sadly didn't have enough time to fix it :(
