As a fan of all things pirate, I love this concept. Great combination of the loop and a pirate theme - the loop gameplay mechanism works really well. I was surprised how well the tap mechanism for both moving and shooting worked; I haven't seen it implementeed quite like this before. The graphics for the ships are nice, too.
I know it shows the treasure collected at the end, but it would be nice to see while playing, so you have an idea of your progress. I also encountered some strange things happening when the ship bumped too much into a wall.

This is pretty all around basic, which isn't necessarily bad, but I wish that there was a bit more to it, and that I had more time to dodge enemy fire at the beginning of a round. The audio, though, was great. Very piratey.

A little bit rough around the edges but a cool idea! Would be nice if everything felt a bit more cohesive, rather than random squares and sprites.
