Good game. I liked the newspaper shot at the end. The audio seemed to really fit the game too.

Before I've even opened the game, I want to say the coverart you uploaded to itch is amazing. ok, now I'm going to play the game...

Wow that's hard. The basic game mechanic is the same as most "balancing" games where you rock side to side with the coffee thrown in. Ok basic game loop covered... now...

WOW. your art is amazing and the music is really great. I really love this game. It's simple but the polish you put into what's there is great. I feel it could some balancing (see what I did there) but this is a really humorous and entertaining game.

Well, this is an interesting game for sure. I think it's main flaw is it's simply rather difficult to figure out what to do.

The first time I won I just spammed left and coffee with occasional right presses. This got me a score of 797. Eventually I figured out what the controls actually do and only managed to get a score of 662 when trying to actually keep the thing centered.

I think the controls should be a bit less erratic and there should be a slightly wider safety zone, as as it stands right now it's super easy to go flying into the death zone. Perhaps the safety zone could shrink over the duration of the game, as you get better at keeping the thing centered.

Anyways, I did really enjoy the music and the voice line. Very fun stuff.

So good! One of my favorites so far.

Notes:
* I loved how the gameplay really worked with the theme. The wild acceleration towards the bomb is really stressful!
* Wildly tapping my keyboard's left and right keys matched the sound of the typewriter, which was a really nice detail.
* I like the graphics a lot, simplicity really worked here. The pre-bomb state is especially reflective of how I felt as a player then.
* The balance between wanting to go faster, while being punished for going too fast, made this game feel very engaging.
* I feel like other music would fit better.

Took me a while to figure out how to balance the bar at the top very interesting. I like the art and the rag time music. Good job.

Really like the art (especially manic face) and a unique take on the theme. Took me a couple of tries but I managed to publish the book :D Good job!

This was a very well put together game. All the elements complimented each other nicely.

It was difficult, but not too difficult that I still wanted to try to publish the book.

This one gave me a good chuckle, I really enjoyed the sound effected as they put my in the right mood when I was frantically pressing left/right trying too keep him alive.
The only thing I would have liked to see was some sort of indication of how fast the dial was moving to the left or right.

"GET TO WORK YOU SCOUNDREL" - best noise of LD46. Also the game was fun, even though I killed the writer every time. Loved the artwork too. Cool game, well done.

Well. It was quite original and funny.
It may be a simple game but it is very well done and complete.

Simple and efficient. As an aspiring writer myself, I wished it was that easy to produce best-sellers, but at the same time, that coffee sure looks dangerous!
