Play Now! (from your browser)

Eat enemy cells, protect your base, keep it alive!

How to play: - Control the green cells by dragging - Collect food left by enemies to spawn more cells (and earn points!) - Protect your base from enemies - You can neutralise enemies by merging them with a friendly cell

Bug fixes after deadline: - Fixed touch screen control

Can be played on touch screens (tested on iPad), which gives a bit of a twist to the gameplay and allows for couch co-op. This is pretty unbalanced (the game is designed/intended to control by mouse), but fun to try!

The simple graphics worked really well with this style of game. I wish that you had some background audio or some sound effects to break up the silence. If you did have audio in the game, I didn't hear it. The mechanics were simple and the difficulty increased the more cell that were on the screen. Overall you did a nice job on the game.

Really like the simple art style and nice little animations. The tutorial page was good. Would have been nice to integrate it with the game itself. Wonder if red/green color blindness would be an issue for the color choices. Agree with the other comment that a few sound effects would have been huge.

I was hoping I would get an army of green circles to control - maybe I'm just not good at it, but I felt like I had to sacrifice my circle every time to protect my base.

I love the simplicity. I think it'd be cool to eventually have more powers, etc. Like merging with friendly cells to become a bigger cell, etc. But overall nice job!

I really enjoyed playing this! One piece of feedback, it'd be cool to be able to switch between green cells via keyboard!

Simple but effective, I just found the enemy cell IA strange, or at least very difficult to predict. It sometimes makes the game feel more unfair than challenging. But great job overall!

This simple game has a really nice feel to it, it's a shame there is no audio as I think that would really add to the game. :)

Fun game! Art style was awesome! The game was simple and intuitive. I had a great time moving the green circles to protect the yellow circle. Why does the red circles spawn green circles? Also the green circles did not move quick enough to the mouse position (I died several times because of the green circles movement speed). Awesome game!

Pretty fun and quite unique. The randomness of cell movements made it feel luck based at times, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Well done.

Simple but satisfying. Would be cool to see more features, especially something that lets the player multitask. I just controlled one green ball the whole time and let the others roam around but would be nice if there were a reason to switch which one you're using.

Quite interesting entry ! Reminds me of paper.io. I like the aesthetic, the color palette is perfect. Great game with interesting potential on mobile. Good job !

Simplistic graphics actually worked for this game. At first I thought it was an Agar.io clone, which to be fair it is very similar, but it's not exactly the same thing which definitely works in it's favor. Needs some kind of SFX or background music to go along with it maybe, but overall good job!

Nicely done! Simple and fits with the theme! Some audio would be nice though.
