Weirdly soothing. And I was wondering : are there any secrets, or is it really straight monotony ?
Nice job !

I was a bit confused by the timer but otherwise this was a nice experience!

@mr-esport Currently, there are none, but while coming up with the concept I had so many different ideas of things to implement that I just didn't have time for. Maybe one day I'll get around to adding them !

I enjoyed it but once I got bored I wanted to see what would happen when he ran out of hunger, but I couldn't kill him. Which I thought was pretty funny. It turned the game into. what would be the fastest way to kill this person, but even after I ran out of every bar he was still kicking. It really made me laugh to think that that even death isn't enough to escape the 9-5. great game.

I really liked to play this game, got me entertained for a while, you can really feel the monotony. Imo the only think its missing is music and sfx, that would improve a lot the experience. The clock was confusing tho

I keep waiting for something to happen, because I wasn't sure if I was missing something. I even tried not going to work to see if they would fire lol. Also food and showering doesn't cost me any money so there is no incentive to work. I think that may be a bug.

This type of game isn't for me, but it seems well done in the little time I played. I think for this type of game you can't lack music.

I liked the concept, very heavy and is a perfect fit for the theme. Would have liked to have been fired after not showing up for work for a week though their weekend policy was outrageous. The UI looked nice and I liked the depiction of the job. Great game, keep it up!

I liked the concept a lot! I think some variation might've been nice haha. Wish there was music. But the UI was very clean and thought it was a great game that fit the theme very well!

Very cool interpretation of the theme! I like the concept and it is well executed! This has a lot of potential to be one of those games where you unlock secrets as you play. There is also potential for it to become a nice narrative game with a deep story!

This game really sticks to the theme, made me feel like I was just wasting time, stuck in a loop of working 9-5 forever, unable to escape, no end in sight, just repeating and repeating ad infinitum.

Well I certainly felt stuck in a loop! Sorted some numbers well though, contributed to society, I guess.

It looks like this is your first LD game, congrats and welcome!

Interesting game, perfectly shows the frustration of having a 9 to 5 job :D
I just wish there were more consequences for not failing to sleep/eat/etc, maybe a lose mechanic when your sleep bar reaches 0

Good job overall

This was great. Nicely polished. I actually really like the simplistic art style. The gameplay is... well monotonous. With some narrative added this game could be great! Good job making this game, I actually really liked it! :)

I gave you a bonus point for really making a game that embraces the most boring aspects of the theme.

I'm not being sarcastic, I really mean it. This game is impressively monotonous :D
