First, there was nothing. Then, there was you. Then, you created the universe and your followers, and all was perfect. But then, your Anathema emerged; a dark force that seeks to destroy everything you’ve ever built.

You must prepare your followers to confront this Anathema before the 10 Ages of Creation come to an end. You are their god, the first being to ever exist, and are their only example. What kind of example will you set for them?

In The Godpath, you respond to prayers from your followers in the way that you choose, and in so doing shape the values that you teach your followers. You can become the god of one of four qualities: mercy, wrath, wisdom, or exaltedness. The more you embody one of these qualities, the more powerful you become. But veer too far from one particular path, and you might not be powerful enough when the 10 Ages of Creation come to an end.

Will your followers be strong enough to confront your Anathema? Will you help them to survive the coming of your evil half?

Very interesting game! The audio really set the mood and it was interesting to see what consequences the choices you made would have. Overall a nice experience!

Jeff was not a kind god... or a very good one at that. He didn't really care much for the universe, instead he just wanted to cause chaos. So when the final age came everybody and everything died... I don't know what the meaning of "BAD END" was, to Jeff, that was perfect.

Billy on the otherhand was kind and benevolent god, who defeated his enemies through the power of friendship.

I thought this was a really well written game, and the music was fantastic at setting the mood. I have no real criticism as I enjoyed my time playing it.

The only issue I faced was a slight bit of confusion caused by text scrolling off the bottom of the screen (mainly the thing I had to press to continue) and since I was in full screen I could not the scroll bar.

Overall, 10/10 would google what Anathema means again.

This is a really interesting game. The music and mood is super well done! The narrative was gripping and made me actually stop and think about my choices. Really good job!

Loving the concept of this game! Had a lot of fun playing, even though I had a ''BAD END'' xD
The music perfectly fits the mood. Awesome! I just think, that different designs would have been even greater.... but that's just a tiny thing. Great job!! :-)

I genuinely enjoyed the story, it allows for a lot of choice. It's a really creative use of the tool and the music is really nice for setting the mood. For a jam game it has great replayability too.
