Nice game, overall nice experience but it gets confusing at some points with the consecutive arrows.

Wow! Beautiful Art, both graphics and audio, crisp animations, and an innovative way to move to king. Overall an amazing entry! Something that could be fixed in the future is that the sword cuts through the walls, if you're standing right in front of them and press SPACE. But this isn't really detrimental to the gameplay :) Bravo!

Easy to understand mechanics, protect the king haha
Simple idea and sweet implementation.

Very good overall experience, I really enjoyed it. Difficulty ramps nicely and gives a satisfying challenge at the end.

Nice concept, very well executed. Sadly I got stuck with the holes that were a little too big.
I understood very quickly what I had to do, which is very important.

Very intuitive introduction of mechanics. The hitboxes can be a bit weird at times (for example you can fall into a hole when your feet are still well on solid ground, bit your head collides). Overall great game though. Made me wish for more levels.

Nice game. A little too easy maybe, but was fun nonetheless. I really liked one point where I thought I could get stuck if I wouldn't rush through the door, when the king walks by, but you made it so, that he has to wait just right next to it, so that can't happen. I appreciated that attention to detail
Great work!

This is definitely one of the better escort missions that I've played. The setting feels like you're in Medieval times, with a cute artstyle and matching music to boot! The game was also simple and easy to learn - no complaints about the controls. The level was spaced out nicely, with the concept coming to life very well. However, I would suggest improving the collision detection a little, mainly with the pitfalls. When any part of the player overlaps with a pit, they are seen as in it, forcing you to restart that part again. However, it's a very unique concept, you made it work great, and while there is room for improvement, I think you pulled it off very well. 4.5/5 overall.

A good game with simple good controls. The Xbox controller is good too. Some bugs with colliders in the arrows room but a good experience.

Great game, great performance. Everything is very nice and I want to see what's next.
Certainly one of the most enjoyable games of this ludum.

Good idea ! The overall fells very nice, however the king sometimes get stuck into walls and I have to kill it (it's not a big deal because checkpoints are well placed)... A solution might be to redirect him in the opposite direction when he hits a wall.

Love the ingenious mechanic of indirect control of the second character. Great game overall.

Thanks to all for your tests and your feedbacks.

@ladislavodstrcil : It's not your fault. It's never your fault when a game crash or do not what it is expected to do. May i modify some game aspect to deal a better experience.

@fadrikalexander : Yes it is designed for this short and little adventure; May if i got much time, i work on some other levels.

@ionut-arsene : It's a choice i made to put very many arrows. I'm sad if this spoil your experience.

@pleyad : Yeah the sword...XD. I don't have enough time to manage this unfortunately. A add a sword to the ennemies at the end of creating process and it's cause many bugs which eat my remaining time.

@turegrappa : Thanks ;).

@hangarter and @bittripbrit : I really spend time on level design in order to implements mechanics, one after one. Glad it works.

@majk-fl : Graphics are all made during this week-end. And i am soooo bad. Thanks.

@chuchuw and @fachscahfttf : Yes the holes are a pain. I wanted to use 9Patch in order to resize holes if needed for any circumstances, but was a bad idea. Indeed, the collisions are different than a simple sprite. Thanks for testing and comments anyway.

@snowtoast : I think difficulty depends of how player you are. May you are a good one ^^. Yeah this part was designed for that. I want the King walk alone for a while.

@sandeia : Yep the collisions with pitfall are a problem. I'm glad to give you a good experience.

@blloret : I added the XBox support at the end of the jam. Don't have enough time for mobile support but, Hey! Maybe soon.

@x-c : "Enjoyable" - Thanks a lot. I design it in the goal to be enjoyable.

@argon : I wanted to avoid the fact that king may sometimes change direction without any collision with arrow. It's maybe more about level design problem. Thanks for the feedback anyway ;).

@kromeboy : I wanted a dumb King. At the beginning, the king was running like a dumb and we had to hit him with sword for change his direction. I finally found that arrows are a better solution ^^.

Great design and a lot of polish - I especially live how the colored outlines make it very clear what you're supposed to do.

@chuchuw : Yes, for all of us.

This was fun! The mechanics were unique and it was a lot of fun to play! The graphics and sounds were fine and represented everything well. It was nice that I could instantly tell what was bad and I needed to deal with because of the red outline. I also appreciate the level design and how it taught you to play without needing specific instructions.

Nicely done!

Very enjoyable little puzzle game !

Few bugs but it's not a real issue as you introduces reloading points :)
I like the minimalist graphics that fit really well with the sound design. The puzzles where funny to solve, but sometimes tricky enough to have me to start again in order to pass them. Well balanced !

Congratulations for this very good entry :)

@minibobbo : I try my best for the user experience. Outlines were placed in this goal.

@number6406 : Minimalist graphics are because i'm bad at other kind of style, even if i'm not good as pixel art too ^^. Thanks for your comment.

I'm so glad I found this game again after testing it a few days ago! Accidentally closed the page before rating

You have a great game here and unlike other escort games this feels legitimately feels like escorting the VIP. Loved the puzzles and the art. My only concern might be the hitboxes sometimes feels disproportionate to the graphics.
