this is cool! if i have one nitpick, it's that i wish the instructional prompts would just appear and then fade out in a modal at the top of the screen or something instead of requiring me to mouseover a tooltip when all the other game controls are keyboard-based. if i leave my cursor hovering over the tooltip for the whole game it more or less does what i want.

Interesting little game! Tried a few times and the furthest I got was when trophies started spawning. Not sure how much more there was to get to, but it was hard! Lots of fun!

This is so cool I loved it ! I swear I was jumping around for about 2 minutes just to hear that cute little sound, than I discovered the one when changing colors and oh my god, I started doing the same noises as the character ahaha

Really great game.. gameplay is intuitive, graphism are minimalists but beautiful.. i love it! (Ahah i love beatbox sounds too) . However i'd like to "slip" less on the ground in order to be more precise during my move.
I think you build a incredible sandbox for a great future videogame! Keep working on it please ! :water_polo:

had some bugs playing the web version, like when i rammed my egg against the wall while the screen scrolled out the player got stuck on the wall. then the second bug was when i was a chicklet and i could jump, i jumped into the wall and it got stuck.

Very hard to understand at first, when you get the basic mechanics it becomes easy.
Nice game.

Ooh, a bullet hell. I loved the way you naturally made the game progress. Farm food but it might make the game harder, and if you make the game harder you progress. The question mark helped a lot, otherwise the game would have been really hard to pick up.

I love the simplistic graphics! It took awhile for me to realize that the same colored weeds could kill each other. I really liked the gameplay and how the game got harder the longer you went. I thought the begining was brilliant, with the egg and the shells, though on my first try I jumped on the shells and fertilized ground destroying it, and wondered why nothing was growing for a good 5 minutes.

That was surprisingly simple, and yet addictive! My favourite sort of game! I found myself settling down on a strategy, segregating my crops by color and destroying crops if it got more that 9 or so fruits at a time. Even so, trying to get one of each color, and with the weeds only able to kill their own kind, meant that there was at least one bugger shooting at me and making things hellish. Every time I think I'm doing well, I corner myself in bullets and die. I'm most impressed that you designed the jump button to do so many things... Really streamlines the game and makes it less confusing! All in all, well done!

I loved this game. I usually don't enjoy puzzle games, but the minimalist art style, simple sounds, tight controls and no sense of what you're doing whatsoever tie into a great game! Awesome job!

Very neat idea, and I love the minimalist style and sound effects. Kinda reminds me of Jackbox... The movement felt a biiiit slippy, especially moving and jumping at the same time, but the emergent gameplay was phenomenal!

A very interesting take on the theme. I like the little tooltips on everything - it's a fun way to explain things to the user. The gameplay is nice. Decently challenging - it'll probably take me a few playthroughs to win. Thanks for sharing it with us on stream last night!

I like your take on the theme! Having to micromanage the food you eat and where you place the fertilized soil gave it a lot more depth than I was expecting! The help bubble at the bottom left was greatly appreciated too :P Good job!

This felt super original. Once you grasp the mechanics (I have to thank the hint button at the beginning or I probably wouldn't have figured what to do :expressionless:) it also becomes really engaging.

Graphics and sound are clean, even cute, and in general it all feels quite polished.
Congrats!

Now let's get a few more trophies...

This was really great, both the way you introduced the theme and the amount of thinking i had to do to figure out the game were perfect. Really satisfying to just try stuff out and have it work like i expected. it's tough to make stuff intuitive like that

At the very first glance I thought the game would be a simple collecting game with a cute Kirby-like character. Indeed the character is always cute even when hit by a bullet. What is really impressive is the fruits with color. Bullets cannot hit the angry plant with different color, which naturally adds game difficulty when the progress goes on. The color can even be combined to new colors. This game is really filled with great idea and neat implementation. It's really great work!

Very engaging game! The concept is executed so nicely. Graphics are really clean and the gameplay is fun. I really like 'an egg hitting the wall and breaking its shell'. Maybe, add a dark theme because I don't like very bright backgrounds (it is just my preference).

Really nice game, i really liked it, i just got a little disappointed when i discovered that using the mouse to see the names didn't have any other purpose than just see names... I thought that i would need it to identify what is the weakness of each angry weed or something like that, but nop, i didn't use it for anything.
Even so, the game is awesome in all aspects of it

Nice game, with amazing graphics!
Keep up on it!
The only thing I would like to mention is that hovering over the mouse didn't have any purpose, than just seeing the names. I think you should add more things to it and the game can really be expanded upon! Nice graphics again, from nothing to everything!
This game has potential and the devs should work on making it into a full fledged game!

What a crazy game. Break the egg to make fertilizer so it can grow into turrets that you can use to destroy each other in order to make colors, seems legit! Cute graphics and neat sound design, I had a lot of fun trying to beat this challenge of yours. Just a few notes though.
- My first run I didn't know what I had to do, so I just kept jumping on the eggs, so I destroyed everything and got stuck having to restart the game.
- In one of the runs I got my red "upgrade" before I had the chance of planting blue turrets, so I guess that was lost forever since all blue form there on out would turn out to be purple.

Not sure if those details were planned or not, but it is a good game. Great work!
